I had made a reservation on line but when we arrived it could not be found. Upon showing the clerk my reservation on my phone, it was found that I had stupidly made the reservation for November. I cancelled it and right away made another reservation for that night. Clerk was very pleasant and understanding. She saw the humor in it. The room clean and neat. We only spent a few hours in there, because we attended a family event. Overall, it was a good stay. My only complaint is that there was no swimming pool.

House staff - Michelle, Lupe, ines,felicity, Jessica, Gracie, Celia Breakfast host- Rosa, Dianne,Ashley Maintenance tech- Eddie Ever since I arrive to this hotel I’ve had the best experience possible. I speak to all the crew on staff ask them for things I may need done while my stay there. Every time I ask for something it’s always done at that time. The rooms clean food is great customer service is there. I give this place a 10/10

It was clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I think breakfast is an amenity, but I don’t know that they are doing that right now with the pandemic. I didn’t see anything around 0700, but I was in the main area for other reasons. I do think hotels should stop making you pay more for this amenity if they can’t offer it regardless of the reason, but I have seen many hotels doing this. I cannot say enough about how nice the staff is though and how will they are to help you.

Love that the hotel has finished their remodel. Pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded! We always try to stay here when we visit. We know that the city has issues with their water but I was surprised that the water that came out of the bathroom sink faucet was very smelly. Overall still a good value for the stay.
