The hotel is in a very good location, facing the Rhine River. Although the facilities are not very new, they are very clean and sanitary. The breakfast is very rich. The train station and ferry station are within walking distance, and it is convenient to Bingen Shopping Center and Ruesheim. When the temperature is high, a fan is used to cool down the room, so it is not hot at night; the photo was taken near the hotel.

The room and service are very good. It is close to the KD cruise terminal.

I felt good staying the previous day, so I stayed again

Very old and very basic room furnishings. The room was not cleaned and the reception was overwhelmed with dealing with the problem. Not recommended!

Sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkonzimmer im 1.stick bieten keine gute Aussicht.!! Pavillondach und Bäume statt Flussblick! Schimmelige Silikonfugen in der Badewanne… erstes Zimmer war verraucht! Konnten dann ins Nachbarzimmer nach Reklamation umziehen. Frühstück ist gut, aber unmotiviertes Personal. Wir wurden gepflegt ignoriert und mussten nach allem fragen und bitten. Ich erwarte, dass mich wenigstens jemand begrüßt, und mich aufklärt was es an Optionen gibt, Eier, Getränke, etc…. It Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne… gute 3 . Auch aufgrund der kleinen Zimmer und veraltetes Mobiliar.
