Feasible to change and manage unexpected issue. Recommend families to stay.

Friendly staff with clean rooms.The kitchenette was good together with a fridge and a washing machine. It took 15 minutes walk to the Birmingham New Street Train Station with up and downs along the road. However the hotel was located near the canal and the Central library. Restaurants and bars were easily found close to the hotel. Recommended when the budget is your concern.

We stayed at Staycity Birmingham for 3 nights in July 2024. We had fully paid the room rate before checking in through trip.com. However, after we checked out and left Birmingham, I was charged again in my credit card for the 3-night stay. Although I emailed the hotel and explained the situation. No response until now. It had been 12 days since my check out date. I am so disappointed with the hotel’s management and customer services. It is unacceptable to ignore a customer’s concern. I would like to give a full marks to the hotel rating if no such a double-charged experience happened. I do love the Aparthotels’s room,hygiene and amenities.

The room is pretty big and cosy. Including a fully functional kitchen and a separate living room with two couches.

We stayed here for a business trip, and it was satisfactory. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, perfect for two people. The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest stations. Overall, a decent choice for business travelers.

Hotel staff is very helpful, they helped extend my room stay and didn’t require changing another room even I book different room type for my stays. Room size and kitchen equipment is reasonable
