Well built hotel with Beautiful interior architecture Especially the yurt shaped restaurant! The staff were helpful and kind, the breakfast hearty with vegetarian options. Great value and central location.

This hotel was ok but it was still a littlebit tired and Soviet style. The people who work at the hotel is helpful and speak english. I cannot say i was impressed of the breakfast but it was ok to just get a cup of tea and something to eat before you start a new day. The bed was good but i was missing a movie channel in english on the tv. There is only a short walk from the hotel to the city centre. I stayed at the Club Hotel part of the hotel by the way.

Did you have a smell of cigarettes in the hotel, dirty cold, the beds were in holes, although we paid 2500, the Internet does not catch well, some channels do not work at all.

The location is wonderful - it's just beside Victory Square and the Circus, and it's not a far walk from Ala-Too Square on a mild day. Any destination not walkable from the hotel is a very cheap YandexGo trip away. I was kindly given an early check-in, and reception also kindly held on to my luggage at check-out so that I could sightsee further. The "junior suite" (at $50 a night) is an incredibly spacious room for one traveler, and the air conditioning and comfort of the bed were wonderful. The television had a great variety of international news stations and Central Asian music channels. Unfortunately, the mini-fridge did not work at all despite being "on", and there was only one socket where you could charge electronics. Housekeeping staff were kind and diligent, and the hotel's electrician kindly lent me an electrical converter for charging my devices. The only true issue I can think of is that the nighttime staff is ******* by a malcontent male receptionist (he has a large scar on the right side of his head) who wants nothing to do with non-Russian speakers. Apparently, I asked him too many questions about Kyrgyzstan, so he refused to answer me and instead summoned a female staff member to assist me every time after that. A few other staff members also seemed disinterested in and bothered by helping me.

Everything is bad, cold, noisy, dirty, and they do not issue a receipt, the phone is not working to contact the reception, the plastic windows do not close tightly, therefore it is cold, the worst hotel I have ever visited

Guys, if you have the opportunity to live elsewhere, be sure to use it! Our rooms were purchased there not by us, but by the receiving party. This is a multi-storey concrete building, outwardly monumental. We lived on the 9th floor, as we were told that the rooms were renovated .... then it's scary to think what the rooms look like without this renovation. Disgusting broken old plumbing, our sink was clogged, the water did not descend, we had to use the faucet in the bath. The rooms are microscopic, crammed into 2 beds with disgusting mattresses and creepy linens. Towels are half-torn, well, I took my homemade ones with me just in case. It was very, very cold in the rooms, we slept in clothes, and then we were cold, and it was a positive temperature outside. As a result, all those who had a cold went home and lived on injections and droppers for another week. I can only note one plus - the food was good, edible and varied, thanks to the restaurant workers. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
