Although we stay in the vicinity every year around October for a cheap illumination weekend getaway this is the first time we have stayed at the Kingsbury. Very impressed, the hosts Val & Peter were very friendly and welcoming and the sea view room was clean and tidy. Price was competitive and also included breakfast which was a cracking full English. Definitely rates above a couple of nearby places we have stayed in over the last couple of years.

Really enjoyable stay. We came by train with Blackpool Pleasure Beach station just a few minutes walk, which is a short journey to Lytham (we were over for Lytham Festival). Lovely room with a view of the sea, walking distance to the Pleasure Beach with the town centre & piers a little further up. Catered to my dietary needs (gluten-free) and staff were very friendly and hospitable. They offer baggage storage so we could leave our bags after check-out and enjoy the day in Blackpool. Great location, great B&B, would definitely stay again.

So arrived at 2.30pm on thursday the 29th june, was greeted by peter,and checked in very fast. Bed was so comfy, and room lovely with biscuits and water and tea and coffee avaiable. Breakfast all days was lovely, lots of choice and always offered more if wanted. Lastnight sat in the sunlounge, with val and peter,such a lovley couple, will drfo stay agin

Had a wonderful stay and looked after very well.had to mention i came across lovely lady SHEHARA she was a guest relation manger,. She was always very friendly and professional if not for her i wouldn't have been able to book my air tickets in the rush, she helped ,me all the way without any hesitant which made everything easy, a big thank you , overall staff from the reception to the restaurants were courteous. would love to come back
