"Overall, it was an amazing experience, aside from a few minor issues. **Positive:** 1. The location was good, although it was a short walk from town. However, there is a tram service that runs every 10 minutes, and the cost was £12 per day for three people, which provided unlimited travel for the whole day. 2. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. 3. The hotel environment was pleasant, featuring a nice reception and lobby area. 4. The room included a safe where you could store valuable items like your laptop and tablet for extra protection. **Negatives:** 1. Our toilet bin was not emptied after cleaning, and they forgot to replace the extra tissue roll in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. There were no slippers or facial tissues provided in the room. 3. The bar was very quiet, and we were so bored that we didn't visit again."

"The hotel room was very comfortable and nice. There is enough space for two people. And there is air conditioning in the room, which is really important in summer. Check-in was also very fast. Staff are friendly. "

"Great hotel. Although it is a good walk away from the tower, there is bus stops and tram stops outside the door. Breakfast was excellent and staff were awesome too. I didn't take photos can't believe I forgot"

"Hotel just outside the train station, but still modern, clean, smells really good. Front desk staff was great, room with great size and comfortable. Nice bed, cozy, good amenities, including a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was good and plenty. Great stay overall!"

"Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open. Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel. Promenade needs council to spruce it up. Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on. It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open."

"The place is old and has seen better days. Most Britannia hotels are like this, but I like the old-fashioned buildings. Our room was clean, breakfast was lovely and most staff were friendly. The bingo should have been in the adults only bar, as there was far too much noise and human traffic. It was great to see it busy, but not everyone was sober and respectful, so it was good to see security guards patrolling the hotel It was disappointing that the spa pool was closed, as this was a selling point for us."

"Was there for 5 days with my partner and was our first time at Blackpool the staff and owner was really nice despite decorating and there lift not working you wouldn't have known by how professional they are 😊 Was a mix up with rooms at first but got quickly resolved 😊 Will be back again"
