The Good The Location is close enough to where you want to be and walk to (providing no mobility issues). The apartment does have good space. When I reported problems the customer service team did react quite quickly to resolve so well done but their hands are tied in what they can/can't do without landlord say so. Therefore we were left with some of the same problems throughout our stay. It is on a road with no dedicated parking but we managed to find parking for our duration. If you get chance make sure you eat at "Twisted Indian" & go do the dungeon experience. The Very Bad Where do I start, firstly we were in Apartment Cassia 2 bedroom apartment. Very disappointed at accommodation standards, not luxury as advertised and didn't say was in renovated terraced house on 2nd floor, where stairs were steep. 50% of our party could not stay as have mobility issues which stairs were a problem and no way getting electric wheelchair up the stairs. The place was not cleaned to a good standard as found heavily stained coach which we had to put a cover on, grubby around shower system, trap and silicone, toilet seat broken, carpet stained in the apartment and dirt and wood on floors in/out, plaster falling from ceiling in kitchen, beaker in bathroom still had toothpaste in, draw had sticky residue on, double duvet had to be changed due to dried stuff on it, single duvet had holes in, cobwebs in corners. The carpet on stairs was coming away so not very safe. Table had slats with either dried food or other stuff in. I had paid more to stay here thinking it would be really good but we were very disappointed but made the most of it. We paid for an early check in but due to issues and cleaner and maintenance having to come back I got the fee back as did not get the flat solely till 4.30pm I did ask for 50% back due to 50% of Booking and 50% as one couple could no longer stay due to mobility issues and 50% of cleaning as it was not done probably and had to re-do myself. That was declined and instead given one night fee back. Better than nothing but still not good enough. Customer service are good and responsive but for example could not repair the stair carpet, plaster in the ceiling, stained sofa etc as it was up to the landlord to approve. Therefore would suggest you do your diligence and any problems you get report straight away with pictures.
