When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, the sea view is very beautiful, they gave us 813 rooms when we first entered, but there was a confusion, then they took us to a different room, but when we went to take our belongings to the first room, there were others in the room, so the staff was a little inexperienced, apart from that, a very nice wyndham quality

We had a fantastic week at Very Chic and can definitely recommend this hotel. No offence to parents, we are parents too, but the Adults only setting was very enjoyable. It is different from our experiences of all inclusives in Spain and Portugal. Breakfast is billed as buffet but you go around the kitchen and ask for the items you want. Other meals are ordered via a web site with your order delivered to your table. A good array of tasty food is offered. Some of the ‘appetisers’ are main meals in portion size. What we think is a local dessert, Magnolia, is wickedly good. The waiters are very keen to make their guests happy and several enjoy having some jokey fun with the customers. The bar is well stocked and the bar tenders are also full of fun and very keen to make all guests enjoy their time. Entertainment staff add that bit extra to the holiday with games and activities during the day and music until around 11.30pm. Some very talented acts add to this in the evening shows. Beware, some of the rooms 600+ to 800+ as these are directly facing the main road and a very noise niteclub which is on until 4am. We had one of these rooms and simply couldn’t sleep on our first night. We were moved to another 600+ room but this one wasn’t directly facing the main road so the noise was bearable. Ideally you will ask for a room in the range 100+ to 500+. Unless of course you are a niteclubber in which case any room will do. There is daily housekeeping and the rooms are clean. There was a bit of scum in the sink which contributed to an occasional unpleasant odour. This wouldn’t be picked up by day to day housekeeping but could do with attention. The practice of putting toilet paper in bins in Turkey isn’t the best part of the holiday but is a local necessity you have to accept. The hotel itself extends right to the beach with sun loungers provided, We hadn’t been aware of this on arrival. A very welcome aspect is the abundance of sun loungers and other furniture on which to enjoy the weather. So no need for a 7 or 8am rise to get a sun lounger. Clientele during our stay was very varied with Brits being a minority. To fully enjoy the music it would be worthwhile brushing up on knowledge of Turkish, Russian and Polish pop. Some aspects of the Gumbet beach aren’t ideal with many areas requiring some cleaning and upkeep. But the views are fantastic. There are a lot of shops` restaurants and bars in the area for anyone looking to spend some time off campus. Whilst at Very Chic we enjoyed a day trip to Kos which departed from Bodrum organised by Jet2. All in all we can highly recommend this excellent hotel to anyone planning a Turkish holiday.

I just love this hotel. It’s in a very quiet spot which is essential if you’re a light sleeper in Gümbet. It’s also ‘adult only.’ The staff are great and exceptionally friendly. Rooms are cleaned and linen replaced frequently. The breakfast is buffet style with a good selection and you can eat all you want. On a practical note, the Bodrum shuttle bus passes right in front of the hotel, and there is a variety of excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. On the downside, this is a budget hotel but when I recently went to place a reservation the price had increased from £20 per night last October to £27 pn in May and £35 pn in June.

The overall hotel environment and conditions are pretty good, but I lost a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the room. Because it automatically connects to the phone, I found that the Bluetooth headphones lost connection in the hotel room that night. Strangely, it was automatically connected the next morning. When I opened the door, a waiter happened to pass by... I told her about this and hoped that she would find it and give it to me. I still didn't find the headphones until I checked out.

We spent the second part of our honeymoon here it was faultless! The staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Serkan who made our entire experience what it was by being so hospitable. We stayed in Room 222 which was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a beautiful view and a jacuzzi which was great to use during sunset. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but ultimately was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant (Milo by Roas) also had amazing views and was simply superb! The food was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast in particular was some of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We found ourselves coming back to the restaurant on numerous occasions. All of the food was very reasonably priced too. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Location of the hotel was quiet and convenient with the central areas only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Bitez beach is just a short walk away. Reception staff would call a taxi from a reliable company for us which was great. Prior to booking the customer service via WhatsApp was also fantastic. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Very nice villa-style suite, Greek style, single floor, two bedrooms and one bathroom, one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with three single beds, for a total of five people. When we checked in, it was the low season of travel, the price was cheap and unreasonable (more than 200 yuan in total), and the free breakfast was also very rich. It was only a ten-minute walk from the main scenic spots such as St. Peter’s Castle and the most prosperous city center. Especially the parking lot is too extravagant compared to the rural towns such as Bodrum where the streets are narrow and almost single-line, and there is no public parking at all. There are really some people's consumption and the nobility's enjoyment. Absolute value for money! Of course, it is said that not only is it more expensive during peak season, it is also difficult to book.

It is amazing to feel and see how much the employees like their job. The hotel is an oasis. The hotel cats in the garden are so relaxed. The Tuti restaurant offers a beautiful view over Bodrum and the food is tasty and of good quality. The pool looks good (never used, was all the time at the beaches). The hotel beach where the hotel offers complimentary transfer to, is nice but with 30min too far away. As for the room. It is a historic building but all is kept up to date. Unfortunately I don’t like ground floor rooms. It has this „cellar feeling“.

It’s a standard 3-stars hotel with very loud annoying music Check-in was quick and our bags arrived quickly at the room, which was good and spacious with a balcony with a great view. As gold members of *******, we were upgraded and offered a fruit plate. However, the shower was leaking, the curtains did not shut properly and the coffee machine wasn’t working (1 coffee is complimentary, the following days it’s paid - another surprise at a 5-stars hotel). We complained and the curtains were fixed but the other issues remained unfixed. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly too. They do not make the turn around at night, as expected in a 5-stars unit. So the towels you use in the morning are the same you used after the beach, still humid. We dined twice at the restaurant and the food was ok. The setting is very good, right near the sea. Our waitress was a lovely girl from Cazaquistan - the only staff member to whom we would rate a 5-stars service. Breakfast is simply not good. The porridge was terribly made and the scrambled eggs were watery. It’s served at the table, you can only choose the juice, coffee, eggs and pancakes besides what they bring to the table. Beach chairs are not comfortable and we couldn’t move the shade, it is fixed together with a little table. There are five cabanas on the deck, at 150€ per day! But the worst part is the VERY LOUD MUSIC ALL THE TIME! It’s impossible to relax at the beach with horrible disco music the whole afternoon. EVERY DAY. When you complain they lower the volume a little bit and slowly put it very loud again… We were lucky enough there were few guests during our stay. Staff is very young and inexperienced, most of them speak poor English. We were wondering whether the owners of this hotel want it to be a 5-stars boutique hotel or a teenagers disco on the beach (even the choice of music is tiring and annoying!). Management should decide wether they run an elegant boutique style property or a noisy standard little hotel. Service in general is poor and we would never rate this a 5-stars boutique hotel. For the price paid at this hotel, we would expect a much better service and atmosphere. We do not recommend it and would rate it as 3-stars unit, as it is. We left after two nights (we booked 5 nights at this hotel).
