I have stayed in a bunch of Ws, and the W Bogota is at the top of the list. In fact, it was one of my best hotel experiences of any brand. The positives: great rooms, incredibly clean, pin-drop quiet (even on a lower floor), and excellent amenities. But more than all of that, the service was spectacular. I have seen great service at other hotels in Colombia, but this was next-level. Staff remembered my name, made helpful suggestions, were exceptionally professional and yet friendly at the same time. They got me a memory foam pillow (I don’t even remember asking for it; maybe it was in my Bonvoy profile). Every aspect showed thought of how to exceed expectations. Negatives: nothing meaningful. I would have to nitpick to find anything bad to say about this experience. The restaurant, Jairo, was awesome. I’ll leave a separate review about that because it was worth it.

NH Royal Teleport is easily the best business hotel in Bogota. The staff are helpful, the breakfast perfect, the suites have a large table for meetings and a second bathroom. The mail service is excellent and the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. The only changes I would make would be to place sub zero small refrigerator in every room and a hand unit where there is only a rain head shower.

I love this place. This hotel is one of the best in Bogotá. What I like the most is the location and the breakfast buffet. The service as usual was OUTSTANDING. Mr. Pedro, Ana, and David were really professional and EFFICIENT. I booked the restaurant for a family reunion and my family and I had the best time. Thank you for all your efforts to make my experience UNFORGETTABLE. About the room, the mattress was really good. The room has a coffee maker with a selection of coffee pods and tea. The parking is very convenient and free.

My mom and I stayed at 101 Park House for about 10 days. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. It is very comfortable, very well located and the staff is amazing. It almost felt like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a longer stay, as it is affordable and very well kept. The restaurant offers a great selection and a delicious breakfast buffet. They even had live music on a Friday afternoon. Mil mil gracias a todos!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bogota for a concert. It’s ideally located, just a block away from a Starbucks and around the corner from restaurants and night life in Usaquen. The hotel was fine for our needs - a comfortable bed, small but nice bathroom, and enough space in the room for what we needed. Although our room faced a side road, the windows were soundproof and the noise didn’t disturb us. The hotel offers complementary breakfast which is fine, nothing fancy and for the price we paid, decent enough. Would definitely recommend to those that want to visit Bogota and save money on transportation to and from nightlife.

This was a more than solid hotel in many ways. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable with an ultra modern bathroom. The building was attractive and in a good location. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful as well. Only cons were some of the floor boards in the halls and doors showed signs of wear and they will need updating. The other con is the reservation thing to use any of the facility such as pool and gym. This is just silly and inconvenient to the guest. It’s pure theater. Overall, i highly recommend.

I checked in at 7pm on a business trip and there were no rooms. This is a complete absurd. After making a scene they finally decided to “find” a room. My colleague waited over an hour for his room. In the next evening there were buckets everywhere in the lobby area due to water leaks. The breakfast buffet was garbage - no better than a Hampton Inn. The minibar was empty and the standard room was really basic. On top of that - I’ve ordered a waffle and two bottles of water the evening I arrived and it took 90 minutes to arrive. I expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel. I’m always in Bogota on business trips and will NEVER be back to this hotel. On a positive side, the building is absolutely beautiful.

The apartment itself is ok, but the decoration a bit old.

After visiting the Northen Bogota district of Usaquen recently we wanted a hotel in this same area as it is safe and many restaurants and shopping malls are either walkable or a short taxi ride away. The room was more like a suite, with a small kichen (incl. all cutlery and plates, pans etc.). Also a living roo. and separate bedroom. Bathroom also large, with large walk in shower. Room was very clean and tidy but looked a little dated. Staff very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
