The hotel is in a safe and quiet area, the hotel staff are wonderful and pleasant to interact with. They speak English, so if you do not speak Spanish there are no issues there. The room did not have a hair dryer, and I didn’t double check my reservation to see if it should have, nor did I ask. The bed was comfy, and the shower was very spacious. I recommend this hotel, but only if you want to stay a 15-19 minute walk away from the more trendy areas.

The facilities are well-equipped and the sanitary conditions are good. The environment is elegant. Great service. Bogota's first choice hotel for business travel. The breakfast dishes are good and quite delicious.
