Clean and nice but a bit far from central location new building that we like and the price was good as well

Good, solid 4 star hotel. Not far from the city center, around 2km, you can get there with ease by foot or take a bus. Room was clean with a great view of San Luca sanctuary (ask foom on 5th floor, wtih courtyard view). The was on kittle we should be in 4* hotel. Breakfast was rally good with a wide range of products, however most of them were sweet bakery. Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the fridge and they sorted it out. Superior quality of room service - our room was daily cleaned, towels changed, soap and gel delivered etc. Bravo. If there could be a chance I would stay there once again.

The double room is quite large, but "tired", definitely needs cosmetic repairs. We stayed one night, without breakfast. Right next to the hotel there is a big repair - either the road or the sidewalk.

This is my second visit within a month. It's not bad. But Ctrip's points are calculated based on the number of bookings. I only get 470 points for one review. I'm not satisfied with this scoring mechanism.

Excellent hotel. Clean. The room is beautiful and large. Safe. The main attractions are 20-30 minutes away on foot.

Good hotel. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Close to the center. Good transport accessibility. Disadvantages: no furniture on the balcony, although the balcony itself is very nice. No soundproofing in the room due to the hollow wooden door, just need to add soundproofing material. And there was also a random hole in the sheet (I think this is a rare case). I was comfortable in this hotel

The network is very poor and keeps cutting off. Breakfast is monotonous, the only advantage is that it is convenient to go to the city center
