I really like this hotel, the amenities and service is really good

Good neighborhood with decent travel options albeit slightly away from the old town city center. Rooms are clean with basic amenities and a terrace for the suite but however some of the electronics were out of order.

I recently stayed at a hotel booked through trip.com and found it to be in a good location. However, it's important to note that there is no free parking on site. Additionally, the rooms were rather small. Despite this, everything else about the hotel was great. The service was excellent, the facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.

Everything is perfect. But management need to talk with cleaning staff, because 2 times I seen how they change pillows. They just put it on floor and after that on a bed.

The overall experience is not bad! The room has a small balcony, very comfortable! The bed is super super big! The location is a little bit in the northern suburbs, quite quiet, and it takes only half an hour to walk to the city center. The Italian restaurant at the door is very good. I highly recommend their squid, which is amazing and not worse than Michelin. The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, the service is OK, the room is cleaned very clean, and the floor is mopped every day, which is very particular.

The room is very nice and big! Very close to the bus station, convenient for travel

The elevator in the room is too small. There is a small meeting room. The building is relatively old. The service attitude is relatively good. A greeting card was written when checking in. The front desk customer service answered all questions.

Very satisfied, the best hotel I have stayed in Italy for so many years, the bed is super comfortable, the room is big, and it is close to the exhibition, the breakfast is very rich, and I was upgraded, I couldn't be more satisfied. Consider living back to it next year
