Everything was good, except that the front desk was facing a machine for remote processing. For people with poor English, communication was a bit difficult. Fortunately, the other party used translation software and could understand each other's meanings.

Arriving at this hotel, there is a very grand and luxurious feel to the hotel from the outside. There is ample parking right by the reception area. Walking into the hotel, through the grand entrance doors into the lobby is impressive. Check in was friendly and easy and we proceeded to our ground floor Two Queen room. The room was very large, with a desk, fridge, wardrobe and a very large, recently renovated, modern and impressive marble bathroom. This was one of our favourite rooms of our 2 week road trip. The only downside was that the Two Queen beds were certainly on the smaller side, meaning they were too small for 2 people to share – so we ended up having to sleep in separate beds. We did ask the Front Desk but were told there were no Kings available (which was odd as Expedia was showing some available to book for that day?). The hotel has an onsite Steakhouse which we didn’t try, a bar which seemed to always be closed and an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant which looked very nice, but again sadly we did not get chance to try. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the pool area over looks a stunning lake. For the size of the hotel grounds, the pool is relatively small, but there is a good sized jacuzzi which we spent a lot of time in. Sadly the hotel still employs a rather outdated system, where you must visit the front desk to sign out and sign back in pool towels, this is pretty crazy and often causes a delay and frustration when simply wanting to go the pool – please change this! Overall, this is a very grand and impressive hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend, we thought this hotel was incredible value for money.

Stayed at this hotel 10 days. Hotel is under new management, Jeremy provided the best customer service we have ever seen at a hotel. Our room had an issue, and we were switched to a new room immediately. Olga and Natalia, front desk were so accommodating and friendly, all staff was very pleasant. Breakfast varied every day with a wide selection...and of course, those cinnamon rolls... Room was updated and clean, beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!! Just awesome Customer Service, thank you Jeremy for making our stay enjoyable !!

I've been staying at Embassy Suites for over 30 years and have watched the slow and steady decline of this once respectable brand. It's out of character for Hilton to allow their properties to decline in this fashion but the ES in Estero certainly fits that bill. First of all, the staff is professional and helpful. No problem here. The exterior of the building looks great and the front desk area is new, clean and welcoming. Once you leave the front desk area the property goes down hill fast. The interior area which includes the bar, restaurant and common areas has not been renovated in at least 20 years old. This includes plastic flowers, mid 1990's green decor, worn our chairs and tables, tile floors with stained and worn out carpet. The bar area is small and very dated however the nightly happy hour is respectable. The rooms....hmmm.....the carpet is somewhat new but the rest of the room is old and dated. The furniture in living area is old and worn out with 1 sofa, 1 chair and 1 desk....that's it. The bathroom fixtures are very dated and the shower still has the 1995 Hilton shower curtain. The beds are at least 10 -12 years old. My bed had sleeping ruts in it which made for a tough nights sleep. There is no housekeeping!! If you want new towels, shampoo, etc, you can head down to the front desk and pick them up yourself!! It's obvious that the owner(s) are simply enjoying the $ coming in but have no intention of investing in renovations. We paid $300/night in the middle of the week. I understand it's peak season in SW Florida but this is a $159 - $179/night property at best. I'd give it 3 - 3.5 stars only because of the location and staff. Very disappointing overall. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to others. There's a Springhill Suites in the same parking lot. I'm sure Marriott does a better job of keeping their properties clean and up to date.

Out of the many Florida and USA Ritz Carlton hotels I have stayed at as a Titanium member of Marriott program, the Naples Ritz is surely a GEM! Beach front location on a superb, tranquil and clear water shore is an unsurpassable advantage of this property! Superior service, top notch restaurants and SPA! The incredibly large SPA with great amenities, saunas, even cold plunge and mineral water pools is a dream for any traveler looking for detox and re-tox like this Single mom! I definitely recommend this property .. and btw if yr kids are fans of water slides - take the shuttle to nearby Tiburon Ritz to enjoy a day on the lazy river watching your kids having fun (included in resort fee). Many thanks to staff & mgmt team incl: Emily O. re accommodating our move to a bi-Level Suite; entire front desk team and Sushi Restaurant & Beach staff incl Katie, Lucienne, Luvcennes and many many others. It is unfortunate that I must write this review publicly as I did submit my concerns to the management team over 2 weeks ago on their website. I did not even get a generic, ”sorry, we will address the issue” response. Nothing. So, with that being said, I want to warn others of this establishment. Though the entire hotel is in need of a serious renovation I am able to overlook outdated furniture if well maintained and cleaned properly. However, upon immediately entering the room the smell was off putting. It was so bad at night that I had to sleep facing the wall with my head under the covers in order to avoid it. I am sharing a picture of the wall next to the bed just above the lamp where you can see the amount of dust that has accumulated over time. Clearly housekeeping and maintenance do not keep a regular deep cleaning schedule of the rooms and carpet. When paying nearly $400 a night, I find this absolutely unacceptable. The second picture is of the sign on the back of the door and in red at the bottom lists the max price for the room as $299. Clearly management is taking advantage of the recent major hurricane that hit and are price gouging now that there is limited housing and rooms available. What a shame too because the staff is fantastic, and I hope they know they deserve better. I can't imagine the number of complaints they must have to deal with onsite due to the manager/ owner not maintaining the property. They can easily go elsewhere and honesty they should.

We arrived in Naples for a long weekend getaway. Instantly greeted by Michelle at the Front Desk who was so kind and helpful after a long travel day. She was great with information about the area. We utilized the shuttle beach service Saturday and Sunday. Hotel offers Free beach chairs, towels and water. If you need an umbrella, the beach service area, once at the beach, is very convenient and inexpensive to rent. Bella, the Front Desk Manager aka Shuttle Van Driver is GREAT! She has a bubbly personality and impeccable service skills. You can tell, she loves her job. We had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were spotless. The Pool was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend !!
