Ein schon etwas älteres Hotel, welches direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Bad Siegburg liegt. Warum nur zwei Sterne? Mein Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock gegenüber vom Bahnhof, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Etwas größer als ein Schuhkarton. Das Bett ca 80x200; dazu ein kleiner Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und ein Stuhl. Mehr passte auch nicht rein. Ab morgens dann der deutlich hörbare Verkehrslärm von der Straße ( sei es Bahn oder Bus), abends deutlich die Gespräche von beiden Nachbarzimmern. Ich hätte mitreden können… Das Bad in der Größe passend zum Zimmer. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war völlig ok, konnte aber den Gesamteindruck definitiv nicht retten. Frühstück sehr ordentlich, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Für mich kommt dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Frage, auch wenn es eventuell größere und ruhigere Zimmer geben sollte. Mit Pech bekommt man Zimmer 212…..

Für eine bis zwei Übernachtungen völlig ok. Es ist ruhig, das Personal sehr nett und das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und lädt einen zum Schlemmen ein. Allerdings ist es in meinen Augen kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Ich habe schon in 3-Sterne Hotels übernachtet, die wesentlich komfortabler und luxuriöser waren. Es ist alles sehr einfach gehalten. Aber ich war zufrieden und würde es wieder buchen. Besonders praktisch ist die hauseigene Tiefgarage, die Sichheit fürs Autos bietet. Alles in allem eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Very nice stay
My biggest complaint is that the A/C system in the room did not cool down well enough the room. The dial was set for 18 degrees Celsius, but it felt the air temperature was more like 21 degrees or higher. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very helpful. The bed was comfy and the room had plenty of electrical and USB charging points. I would stay again.
