Excellent hotel! We checked in 2.5 hours early (low season), the room was ready and a gift was waiting for us in honor of our wedding anniversary.
When booking, a deposit is indicated upon check-in, but it is not required! We did not leave it.
The room is large, clean, without any frills. Everything worked properly.
The territory is quite large, the beach is cool, the sand is flour. The hotel is located between the Crimson and Shangri-La hotels, so the beach at these three hotels is the same, but the cost of staying at Movenpick is much nicer). The staff actively cleaned the beach from all kinds of algae. 20 minutes of photos in a transparent kayak - 300 pesos.
According to the schedule, there is a free shuttle to the center to the second station to D'mall. Pre-registration is required, there are many who want to.
There are restaurants on the territory. Italian was not impressive at all, you can eat at Market, the prices are more or less like in the restaurants at the second station, but there is also +22% to the prices on the menu (tax and service). Breakfast, as expected, is excellent - a lot of everything, delicious. Like for chocolate hour, it is from 15 to 16 o'clock. The bar and restaurant are good. The front desk and guest service people are nice and polite, yet the actual service they delivered are below standard. For example, the air con is leaking water. Having called the guest service, they said that they are sending some one right away. Yet the right away actually took 45 mins. They said they have fixed the issue and sent a nice card and fruits. Yet the air con is still leaking water the 2nd day. The nice and polite doesn’t translate into quality and service guests actually need….

The whole staff of Movenpick were very accommodating and helpful! They were always happy to assist with anything and everything. Traveling with a toddler was a handful and we were grateful that we could rely on them on whatever we could possibly need to make our stay pleasant and comfortable.

Excellent resort with huge pool , private beach, live music, great breakfast. Only if you want to go out limited travel options even though resort provides transport. Hotel Room is good but where we stayed there is a door in middle to next room where we can hear other room voice clearly.

This hotel, which is close to Shangri-La in Long Beach, is better than expected👍The hotel occupies a large area, has the largest swimming pool in Long Beach, a private beach, and a great breakfast🎉The sea view of the hotel is first-class, and the sunset is beautiful! The service staff at the front desk, in the room, and in the restaurant are all very enthusiastic, professional, and polite. The staff at Luyu Hotel will greet you kindly. The meals at the two restaurants next to the swimming pool are of a very high standard, and the prices are not outrageous. There will be free desserts from 3 to 4 p.m. The balcony of the room is very convenient for drying clothes. It would be even better if the hotel could change the towels and bath towels, make the quilt softer, and provide free airport pick-up. But its faults do not hide its merits. I highly recommend this hotel with excellent value for money.

What a resort!
From check in to check out everything was incredible.
Shoutout to the beach club staff especially Romel, Cid and the rest of the incredible guys.
Also the two singers/dancers/fire performers are easily some of the most entertaining and talented performers I’ve seen for a long time.
I will be back!
