Housekeeping was consistent and attentive. - Delicious Food: Whether it was breakfast at Veranda or drinks by the pool, the food and beverages were consistently good. "We stayed at the hotel from September 2nd to 8th, 2025. We really liked the hotel; it's located right on the beachfront. Breakfasts are à la carte, but there's a good variety to choose from. Housekeeping is available upon request, and they'll clean your room every day if you ask. Its location at Station 2 is arguably the heart of all activity on Boracay. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and D'Mall for shopping. The staff are courteous and always ready to help and offer advice. I definitely recommend it!!!"

Their genuine hospitality always stands out and is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you so much! "The room is spacious, clean, and a bit old. However, we were placed in the most corner room, with no signal and no Wi-Fi. They should not use that room! We’ve been trying to call the front desk for hours to change rooms, but no one is responding. We also requested a chair so we could work, but still no action has been taken. The location is great tho."

"This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️"

"Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options."

"The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine."

"The room pillows have a bad smell and we ask to change it but still smell bad. The facilities are nice and location is convenient. Theres a lot of F&B options in pool bar but we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet it has very minimum food choices and it takes time for them to refill the food displays and plates and glasses in the buffet are not washed well, I thought it was just one day but our whole stay (5d4n) i noticed that it was not cleaned well"
