NOTE: There are two Nigi Nigi hotels, managed by the same company. One is Nigi Nigi Nu Noos. The other is Nigi Nigi Too, near the No. 1 boat station. TripAdvisor unfortunately combined the reviews of both. So also watch the part about Nigi Nigi Nunu Hotel, because some of it is also about Nigi Nigi Too. I've reported this to TripAdvisor several times, but to no avail. This review was likewise posted in the section on Nigi Nigi Nunu Hotel. The following are the comments about Nigi Nigi Too: I live in Nigi Nigi Too, which is very good. 1. The location of the hotel is super good. The hotel is located by the beach, at boat station 1. There are three boat stations along White Beach, which are no longer used as boat stations (just the name). Boat Station 1 is a quieter area of the beach. Boat station 2 and 3 are also within walking distance from the beach, there are hotels, restaurants and shops along the sidewalk, boat station 1 has no sidewalk and the hotel faces the beach directly. The beach here is very wide and not that crowded. Be aware that Boracay is very calm with very few waves so it is possible to walk quite a distance. About a ten minute walk to the center of the beach (near the main shopping area, D'Mall). The Nigi Nijinunu Hotel is located near the center of town. 2. The price is very reasonable including breakfast. I got a really good price on the site (there is also a 7 day discount here). 3. The hotel has an older wooden building with about 2 rooms (called ”traditional”), next to a larger 3-story concrete building, the ”traditional” rooms in the wooden building are cheaper. I stayed in one of the wooden traditional rooms. The room was large and had working air conditioning, a small fridge (a godsend!), toilet and shower. All wood is simple and very classy. The cable TV also had English channels and everything else in foreign languages. However, it is surrounded by trees, so it is very dark. Anyway, it was very comfortable and the room had a wooden deck with table and chairs. 4. In front of the beach is a very simple outdoor restaurant/bar. Nothing fancy, but relaxing and enjoyable. There are plastic tables and chairs. Breakfast is included in the room rate and there are three options (American, Filipino, Panamanian). The lunch and dinner prices are also very reasonable and the food is very good. This is a great place to stay with a view of the beautiful beach in front of you. , 5. There are rest tables and chairs on the beach in front of the hotel for guests to use. 6. The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, the price is very good, the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good value.

A big hotel in the center of Boracay. It has many different buildings, some of them are more outdated than the others, so check the photos where you want to stay first. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is good too.

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

Henan Regency has the best breakfast buffet in Boracay. A minute away from the beach front, but don't forget your beach towels because you need that as a ticket to use their lay benches.

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it! I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff. That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired. In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣 The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands. Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor. The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean. There’s restaurants and clubs around The view of the island is in front of the hotel They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime. We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat. The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave. We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating. Overall the experience was an 8/10. Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy! I’m very happy✨

Had a great experience at this hotel. Would book again. This location provides direct access to the beach available only to guests. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The guard at the entrance always helped us find a ride and advise us on what the normal al cost would be. The hotel pool is amazing, very clean, and with heated water open until late. Pool side bar offers decently priced drinks and food. Breakfast buffet offers good selections. Room is big and super clean. Beach towels are available for guests. Check in/out was quick and easy.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

GGuest UserOverall Stay: 8/10 Location: Incredible. It is strategically located at the center of Station 2 (DMall Area). Right outside the lobby frontdoor, you will be welcome with all the nearby restaurants, cafés and shops. Entertainment within the property: Excellent. During our 3-night stay, there was an acoustic band playing at the La Plaza. We loved their peruvian chicken skewers. Lobby staff: Average. This resort is a busy one. Many guests coming in and out, every day. So probably the reason at most times not all staff are friendly/welcoming. Even in quiet hours like early afternoon, you will not hear any greetings of that sort. Room: Superb! It was spacious, cozy and comfortable linens and bed. Housekeeping: Don't forget to switch on the 'for housekeeping' button at the right side of the door. We are amazed how the cleaning staff met our expectation because they not only clean the room but go beyond arranging toiletries and clutter. Downs: 1. No detachable hangers at closet. So we have to maximize hanging at the tub to dry out or clothes. 2. No rack as well where could conveniently hang and airdy wet clothes after soaking at the beach. 3. Could be crowded. Overall comment: Would recommend this place to family and friends who wants to maximize their short-stay in Boracay.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel. We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

GGuest UserThe whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

SSAJISEIt exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

GGuest UserFood was excellent; buffet had great variety. The hotel has very polite staff who were receptive to feedback. Special recognition to Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch and Sheryl for going above and beyond -always with a smile. Though the facilities were on the small side and equipment a bit dated, the customer service and location were great.

GGuest UserI was here before CORONA and the place remains a 5 star resort at reasonable price. Also like before the accomodation is super far from many attractions. I was here before CORONA and the quality of the place remains a 5 star resort at reasonable price. Also like before the accomodation is super far from many attractions. The lobby check in, breakfast, and interior of the accomodation were amazing; however I did not choose the free massage, but I should try next time. I absolutely recommend this place if you stay more than 2 nights and your family is willing to wait for the shuttle times. Just like before COVID, it was again definitely a 5 star experience.... They have free shuttle to Dmall (only Dmall) 10am 5pm 10pm Return from Dmall is 1030am 530pm 1030pm Look for the OASIS white van in front of the Budget Mart supermarket in Dmall in front of the traffic circle. These times are inconvenient for early morning activities or taking early flights back after checkout. DRAWBACK is that the resort is super far from the port AND main attractions in Boracay and on the way to the place the road has so much construction and traffic. One construction area is 400 meters one way road so you wait until the one way opposite traffic clears before you move on. I had no idea of the size of Boracay island & Oasis is still 25 minutes away from Beach Station 1. Estimated trike or habal time from Cagban port to this resort can be 30 to 50 minutes. The trike drivers will charge you 500-800 pesos if you choose that form of trans to Oasis from any Station beach or even from the port. If you somehow want to ride habalx2 motorcycle (not trike) you can negotiate 200 or 300 but not many guests would like to ride motorcycle taxis. In December 2022, we somehow were able to eat bfast 645am since the cooks were there 630am and we were the first guests in the restaurant, then we arranged a 7am pickup from Oasis back to port which helped us arrive at Boracay port around 735am then arrived at the Catlican port 8am. Incredibly made it to KALIBO to catch the 11am boarding time on the check out day. Main point of the last comment is that you can still eat bfast then get back on time to KALIBO International Airport for the 11am Airasia flight back to MNL We used their transportation outside of the free times twice: first time to attend to the Island Hopping 9am appointment then 2nd time to catch the 11am flight in KALIBO and were charged 600 php

GGuest UserGreat location has such potential as a really great hotel! Cockroachs in the bathroom had to ask for repellent to be sprayed. We didn't change our pool towels for 2 days but then decided to go to the beach and then the pool so ask for a change of sandy towels for the pool. Was told OK, sir, then after a few minutes gave us card? I said I wanted towels, but the staff said sorry only once a day I asked for tbe towels back and she said no I couldn't. So I couldn't use the pool! There are no umbrellas at the pool, so no shade. Also, the 'hot' tub is cold, and only 1 jet works. If you are happy with an ok room then location is perfect but I really wish the hotel could put a bit more effort in, fix the hot tub, have a bar at the pool, have umbrellas at the pool and they would get many customers! One good thing is you can ask for your room to be cleaned any time from 9 till 5 so you don't need to worry about waiting for the maid ! We also extended our stay and was promised 3 times we could keep the same room. On the day of the extension, we were called to go down to reception and then asked to move rooms !! I explained I wouldn't have extended if I had to check out for 3 hours thry finally let me stay but didn't need the stress! Cocktails are a good deal all day, buy one, get one for 250 pesos, and breakfast is a good deal omelette toast and fruit with coffee for 259. Although there was a good 10 minutes between our meals arriving. They have a couple of inside rooms that could have been used for people to eat when it was pouring down and windy! Or even better used as a gym or yoga room !

GGuest UserOnly booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.

Kk.itoThis is my third time to Boracay. 2 nights from January 9th to 11th, 2024, Superior DX room, 1st floor poolside Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor. The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough. Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website. I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport. Arrive at the hotel you were looking for. In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel. I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel. I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay. I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online. When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service. The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner. There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly. I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours. It's strange that it's not assembled.
