This hotel is right in the heart of the action on White Beach, Station 2. This is our second year in a row staying here, and we have no regrets! The staff are excellent and always welcoming, quick to resolve any issues or requests. Upon check-in, they offer a refreshing welcome drink and a cool, damp towel. There's also a complimentary foot massage for guests, though we never got around to using it. Every evening, they bring a small plate of treats to your room for tea, which is a lovely touch. Breakfasts are good, with plenty of options to choose from. There's a nice pool with a non-alcoholic bar on the 5th floor, and a Sky bar on the 4th floor that's open in the evenings. There's also a small gym with equipment in good condition. The only downside is that rooms on the 3rd floor, especially those facing the hall, can be quite noisy in the mornings and if you like to nap in the afternoon. Simply ask for a room in a different wing of the hotel or on a higher floor. Overall, it's an excellent value for the price!

So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to. So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here. Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs. I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price. I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Again....5.5 to 10 is my rating on this motel/hotel.

IIt was a wonderful experience on all fronts. Upon arriving at the hotel, an employee offered us cold towels to wipe of the sweat and humidity of the hot morning, later providing us with glasses of icy pineapple juice. They asked for a 5000PHP deposit upon check in, which they gave back once we checked out. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and the AC was powerful and very useful considering the hot and humid Boracay weather. We had breakfast included in our package and it was incredibly good every single morning (breakfast was served from 6AM to 10AM).  They provide five breakfast choices: Filipino, Western, Pancakes or Waffles, Eggs Benedict, and omelette. All dishes could be served accompanied either with house cured bacon or sausage; for what concerns the drink choices we could choose between coffee, milk and orange juice. Everyday housekeeping cleaned the room excellently and redid the bed, changing the sheets if we required it. The hotel provided us with beach/swimming pool towels if we asked for them. Moreover, the hotel provides for multiple services and activities if required such as spa treatments and island hopping. We tried both of them and they were excellent and cheap all considering. We paid around 20 euros for the island hopping activities, visiting Puka beach, Crystal Cove Island and snorkeling with fishes in a gorgeous marine environment. Lunch was also included in the package and we ate in a resort in Mactan Island called Mega Parau (the resort offered buffet and everything was tasty and good).  We tried the spa as well, and I got an Hilot Massage and a Foot massage/Reflexology: both were insanely good and relaxing, and I felt like it drained all the stress and tension I had in my body. They last 1 hour each. Both massages cost me a total of 1700PHP (around 25 euros), which is cheap considering the service. One day we had a problem with the AC because it dripped water on the floor and they replaced it in the span of an hour with a new one, once again proving to be professionals. They also called a tuk tuk (the common public transportation within the island) when we needed it to reach a dmall.  They suggested us places where to eat and gave us advices when needed, all considering they were extremely kind and were proactive in solving problems, offering their help with everything. 10/10 would recommend. If you’re unsure on where to stay, Ondus Resort is the one you’re looking for.

What we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

We were very happy with our stay at Belmont Boracay. We arrived ahead of the checkin time and they gave us a complimentary early check-in. Sir Ivan and the rest of the staff was so accomodating. There is a free shuttle going to dmall but of course you need to schedule ahead of time. Breafast is good, I can say not a lot of choices but all are delicious. We had our dinner at the hotel and the food is sooo good. The location is far from the center but this is what we want not crowded and not so many people. There is also an atm in the lobby and 7eleven nearby. Overall, our stay here was great, recommended for families and for those who want serene and less crowded place.

We love the hospitality of the hotel, the room is clean and so organized. What we don't like is the breakfast, the egg station chef fogot our omelet for 2 times, we keep on following up and got so frustrated. The breakfast was not that delicious, but we are grateful for many choices of food. We like the pool and the consideration of the staff for using the pool towel on our splash at the beach.

I love that we have access to the beach that faces the sunrise. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded. The breakfast spread changes everyday and food is delicious. Nice pool. Quie and peaceful. Staff are helpful and friendly. Perfect for digital nomads because internet is very fast. There's a 7-11 in the area so you can grab some food at anytime. The place is safe from hawkers.

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
