Den4iikkkThank you for a wonderful stay!
This review is completely honest!
My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know.
They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels.
Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone!
The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport!
Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We left with wonderful impressions and very warm memories of you.
Thank you! Good luck in your development and prosperity to the hotel. All the best to the hotel staff!
With warm wishes, Denis and Anastasia.

Any type of traveller can visit this hotel. I don’t think words will describe our time at this hotel.
We got to be welcomed warmly and was hosted like a family. The owners are from Hong Kong, it was like I was at home yet on holiday. Excellent staff, customers service excellent. Manners and professionalism is top.
Guests are a priority. We were treated like royalty! Our favourite was the bar lady! Main facility was the swimming pool and bar. Activities to go do and enjoy are a stone throw away, less than 800m. Each staff members the establishment was just bliss. Beds are comfortable, great wifi, we ate breakfast daily, that was excellent. Lunch and dinner, we were never there coz of activities outside. Everything you might need or want prior arrangement, just speak to the receptionists or any staff member (airport, activities arrangement, ferry, etc). Bonus point was that everyone speaks English, communication is just smooth. If I were to be an embassador of this hotel, I’d gladly be. Oooh the bar lady and cocktails, please try them out. You’re welcome. They can be personalized! We also spent one night just chilling with the staff after their shift (blending in with the locals) that was fun to just have a chat about life and the country - so much Humanity. This place is great, worth every penny. Moreso, it’s cheaper than other accommodations around and it’s underrated for a better lack of word.

NataKosEverything was great overall — we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the coffee is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.
The only issue we noticed was with the sunbeds. Many guests reserve them early and then don’t use them for the whole day. Because outside drinks aren’t allowed on the beach, guests can’t even buy a shake or another drink elsewhere and bring it in, so they’re left without a place to sit. I think the bar might be losing quite a lot of money because of this.
Maybe it would help to introduce a policy where, if a sunbed isn’t used for, say, 2 hours, the towels could be removed and the spot made available for other guests. Two hours feels like a reasonable time.
But overall, it’s a great hotel and we had a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful stay at NIG niGI . The location right on the beach is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the lobby and our feet were in the sand. The beach area was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded, which made for a very relaxing break.
As a family/solo traveler, I really appreciated the sense of security here. We felt completely comfortable leaving our belongings on the loungers while swimming, and the property overall felt very well-monitored and safe at all hours.
Everything about the stay was hassle-free. The hotel is a quick drive from the airport/main attractions, and there’s a convenience store just a short walk away for any last-minute snacks or toiletries. Check-in was smooth, and the valet/concierge team was very helpful with local recommendations.
If you're looking for a place where you can truly unwind without worrying about logistics or safety, this is it. We will definitely be returning for another beach getaway.

Kravchenko OlgaThe hotel's location is excellent, situated between the 2nd and 3rd stations. It's quieter than being right on the beachfront, yet the beach is still close by, and all amenities are conveniently located. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful with everything, responding promptly to requests, and even assisted with my airport transfer! There's a pool on the 7th floor, which I, funnily enough, never got around to using 🤣. I booked a huge room for myself; it was clean, great, and had everything I needed – the air conditioning worked, there was a safe, a hairdryer, and even a drying rack on the balcony! I'm really glad I stayed here; the price-to-quality ratio is perfect!

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

Anonymous UserThe space is remarkably spacious and features a lovely terrace. I also loved the complimentary pineapple juice. It offers excellent value for the price, and I am glad I booked it on Trip.com.

DΛVIDΞI recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island.
Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes.
The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance.
The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped.
The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day.
Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice always helped with whatever needed. The only thing we dis not like was the breakfast. Too small, not enough. Everything else was amazing. Big thanks to the staff, all were great people.

Mara JairaThe location is excellent - it’s right along the main road, making it very convenient to get to the beachfront (only 5 mins walk) and other attractions. What we loved most was how easy it was to catch an e-trike to get around. It only costs ₱15 per person to Station 2 and ₱20 per person to Station 1 (make sure to ask if it is for sharing, cause some e-trikes are for hire where you’ll be asked to pay for a special price). You can definitely walk if you prefer, but with kids, taking an e-trike is much more convenient. 😅
Housekeeping is available daily upon request, the staff are warm and friendly, and the suite is spacious and comfortable. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Our only downside was that the building does not have an elevator, despite it being advertised. Yet, it’s not a major issue for us. 🩷
P.S. Photos attached are of the beach front
