AAdnilLocation of the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of CBD, close to shopping, dining, attractions and public transports. A heritage building with a pub/ cafe downstairs and accommodation upstairs. I enjoy the old fashions of the decor, wooden staircases and small rooftop garden. Thanks for upgrading my room to a Queen size bed room with a window facing the street. Generally is clean and tidy. Service is good. Thanks to Mark and all other Receptionists, they were friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

AAnonymous UserWouldn't recommend - (1) I was deliberate to make a booking for the slightly more expensive cost without ”no housekeeping” in room type but still was informed during check-in administration that there was no housekeeping. Fresh towels available from reception. (2) Shower gel ran out on day 4, troublesome to get it topped up (3) Check your hair dryer before using, mine was found rusty inside both ends (4) Air-conditioning unit was noisy even on minimum fan but the alternative meant lower floor subject to traffic noise

NNURAINIi arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV.
The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed.
This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering.
Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. 1118587****On Saturday, October 25th, my aunty made three room reservations via Qunar.com for a group of four adults. However, on the morning of our stay, she realized that she had mistakenly booked my room for a later date instead of the same night as the others. According to the booking policy, the reservation was non-refundable.
When we arrived at the hotel and explained the situation to Matayus, he was incredibly kind and professional. He comforted us, communicated with Qunar, and successfully arranged for the cancellation fee to be refunded. His passion, empathy, and smooth communication skills truly stood out.
The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member, which also reflects the high standards the hotel sets for its team. I would strongly recommend this hotel—not only for its convenient location (just 20 minutes from the airport), but also for its excellent facilities. There’s a lovely Italian restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and a cozy coffee booth within 5 minutes. The hotel also has a bar, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy during our one-night stay.
Thanks to Matayus, our day was made, and we completed our Perth trip with joy and gratitude.

TTeo E KLocation from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.

EElyn PeeThis was our very first trip to Perth.
If you’re planning to take trains or buses both within and outside the CBD, I highly recommend getting a public transport card called the SmartRider. You can buy it at the Airport Train Station customer service counter, located right next to the ticket barrier. The card costs AUD $10 (non-refundable), plus any amount you wish to top up.
Using a SmartRider gives you a 10% discount on every ride. After the discount:
Travelling within 1 zone costs about $3.15 per ride.
Travelling between 2 to 9 zones costs only $4.68 per ride.
There’s also a daily cap of $10.40, no matter how many rides you take.
Inside the CBD, there’s a Free Transit Zone (FTZ) where bus travel is free. This hotel is within the FTZ, with a bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk from the entrance—very convenient. You can tap on and off any bus from this stop at no charge as long as you travel within the FTZ. Many buses from here go straight to Elizabeth Quay Train Station and Bus Interchange, where you can easily transfer to other buses or trains.
Perth’s public transport system is excellent, with buses arriving every 10 minutes or less. There’s also a free CAT bus service with four routes (Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow). No tapping is required on CAT buses. A Red CAT stop is just a 5-minute walk away, on the street directly behind the hotel.
If you’re driving, the hotel has a car park (charges apply).
We stayed here for 6 nights. While the location and transport convenience are excellent, I would like to sincerely share some areas for improvement:
Lighting: The room lighting was very dim, making the space feel gloomy throughout our stay. Brighter lighting would make a big difference.
Water Pressure: Both hot and cold shower water had very low pressure, making showers uncomfortable.
Air Conditioning: The air-conditioning was weak. We stayed in winter, so it wasn’t a big issue, but in summer it could be problematic.
Carpet Condition: The carpets in the rooms and lifts could use replacement.
Lobby Appearance: While not critical, a refreshed lobby and lift lobby would greatly improve first impressions for arriving guests.
These are my genuine, heartfelt suggestions in the hope they can help improve the comfort and experience for future guests.
