Aailsa671The only downside of the family room was having just one bathroom, which made getting ready for four people quite a long process. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and affected my sleep quality to some extent. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to attractions in the city center. Plus, there's a bus stop about 200 meters from the hotel with a direct bus to Perth University.

GGuest UserThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

GGuest UserOverall, the stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The service was consistently attentive and professional, and any requests were handled quickly — definitely the highlight of this hotel.
The location is excellent and ideal for exploring the area. Nothing to complain about in this regard.
Cleanliness was good, but when it comes to facilities and comfort, it’s clear that the rooms are in need of renovation. Some furniture and fittings feel dated, which slightly affects the overall impression. Comfort is therefore more on an average level.
The value for money is fair, especially considering the great service and prime location. However, with renovated rooms, the hotel could significantly improve its overall quality.
Conclusion: Recommended for its service and location, with room for improvement in terms of room condition and comfort.

MMachineryWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel environment and restaurant are also very good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, there's significant room for improvement when it comes to room cleanliness. My bedsheets had stains on them when I pulled them back, and housekeeping didn't even clean the toilet! On the bright side, the front desk and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic and polite.

GGuest UserBooked this room last minute due to an unexpected situation, and the process was super convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it's great for families with kids. It's also close to a supermarket, so grabbing breakfast essentials is quick and easy, which is a real plus.

GGuest UserThe location is quite excellent. There's a 'cat bus' stop right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to get to nearby attractions. It's located in the CBD, so shopping and dining options are plentiful. The hotel itself is also very comfortable. All in all, pretty good!
