Holiday Apartments in Perth

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to book here again. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Two things that really stood out were the heater and air conditioning—they both worked perfectly and were easy to control, which made for a very comfortable stay no matter the weather. The water pressure in the shower was excellent—a small thing that makes a big difference! The location is a major plus. It's situated in a great area within easy walking distance of many fantastic cafes and restaurants. While I didn't have a chance to use them myself, I also noticed they offer guest laundry facilities and bicycles available for use, which are great amenities to have available. Overall, a wonderful, hassle-free experience. Great value for the quality and location

The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.

Excellent! Right outside the hotel is a grassy area by the Swan River, which is bustling with people exercising in the mornings. You get a great view of Perth city's night skyline across the river. The front desk staff speak Chinese and are very welcoming. There's a 24-hour supermarket just a five-minute walk behind the hotel with a wide selection of items. The hotel rooms even have kitchens, so you can cook your own steaks!

The location is near the airport which makes it convenient for us to catch our flight straight after checking out. Although the apartment is not very big, it is well equipped with all the basic amenities. Checking in and out was easy and fast. We requested for the same room as our previous stay and they obliged us. I will definitely stay at the apartment if we visit Perth again and I recommend it to anyone who wants the convenience of being near Perth Airport and relatively comfortable place to stay.

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

We stayed in a villa with a loft. It was clean. Kitchen stocked with utility and bathrooms were cleaned The villa is a little bit dated, and it is located at top level, which meant we had to carry all our luggage up stairs. Only had one air conditioner in the entire villa, but it was a strong one, it was strong enough to cool down the loft, and the other two bedrooms. Didn’t have time to use the pool. It looked nice, with deepest 1.7m and shallow part for toddler to use, but it was pretty cold. Only the spa was heated.

Picturesque environment. The beach and yachts are right downstairs. Open the window and see the sea. It’s a great place for vacation.

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience. Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel. Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi. Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!
