Hotels near Pullman Park, Perth

This trip to Perth, I stayed in three hotels in total, and this one for 5 days was my favorite and offered the best value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it felt spacious. The staff were very polite. Initially, I thought they only provided two bottles of water daily, but then I found a card in the bathroom stating that guests could refill water on the first floor! We just didn't notice it earlier. There are many delicious and affordable restaurants nearby, and some beautiful buildings too. Plus, the free Red Cat bus to the city center is conveniently close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Don't use the showerhead directly, or the bathroom will turn into a pond. The service really needs improvement. They'll overcharge you if you don't check your bill. I booked two rooms for three nights through Trip.com, but they kept saying they couldn't find my reservation. On the first day, they said they couldn't find the third day's booking. On the second day, they said they only found one room's reservation. Since I booked separately, I had to reactivate my key card every day. The power in the room would cut out and come back on automatically, and the curtains would open and close suddenly, which really scared me. The room cleaning time varied each day, and they'd often forget to replenish water or take a very long time. Plus, no one answered the phone.

The hotel's location is quite good. There's a 'Cat Bus' stop right outside, and it's not far from the Mint. You can also walk to the pier and the Swan Bells, which is perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also great; they held our luggage and even emailed us when our room was ready after cleaning. Highly recommend!

Hi , YHA Fremantle Prison, Wow! What an amazing experience and im so glad i stayed here, and thankyou so much for being so accommadting and understanding , and well for letting me book with late notice and guided me to after hours checkin, and well the guy who was working after hours on the 31st May Sunday night,...... 💯👌🙏❤️ so welcoming and was down to earth, and made me feel good about the whole.stay and just a very calming presence and over the phone also , very understanding and reassured me to not stress and be safe and to get here when i get here. He was thankful i got there at reasonable hour, cosidering it was after 9pm , was travelling from the city and through the storm so it was 10.30pm maybe a little after 10.45pm,...... and so he was very grateful but very good about me being a late check in , as i rang to make sure i was able to stay without a passport. I.was very happy to find that i could book without passport 🙏🥹💯❤️👌 I had the best night sleep, the best shower before bed, the facilities were amazing and the whole experience was beyond my expectations and exceeded all my thoughts of what was to be. I cant thank you guys enough! I will be back! Im staying longer next time so i can explore the Fremantle Prison as i have wanted to now for many.of years and the canal tour also ive wanted.to always do. The grounds, the care , the information on history , on every wall, evey building, everything was to standard and presentation that was 11/10 👌💯 brillant! I am and was well impressed! And cant wait to stay again and with a little more pre planning and booking earlier on and having a bit more a plan next trip. As my stay at YHA was very last minute , and because i missed my TransWA bus back to Kojonup.....😏 And well my decision to go up to Perth was very last minute and decision made only 2 days prior to going , and so as it was last minute decision and well i had an idea of a plan of where and who to see while up there, as being last minute things always dont go to plan and so when those moments happened i just rolled with the punches and went with the flow of things, and trusted my gut instinct and trusted my journey and the journey in life i am and well was on while in Perth and so all roads had led me to where i was meant to be , and well all fell into plaxe and worked out in the end and so im grateful beyond words! The hotel is very close to the airport, and the best part is the free shuttle service, which is excellent. The rooms are average, but it's perfect for a quick layover or rest if you have early morning or late night flights. There are also many gas stations nearby, making it convenient if you're renting a car.

Oaks Perth Hotel – Pros & Cons Pros - Excellent CBD location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Perth Train Station, Elizabeth Quay, and the free CAT buses. - Spacious rooms with a kitchenette. - Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. - Good value for money. - Our Deluxe Studio was quiet as it did not face the main street. - Special thanks to Shani, who was warm and welcoming, and provided us with lots of helpful information that made us feel comfortable throughout our 9 days 8 nights stay. Cons - Bathroom is dated, with no handheld shower and some mold in the bathtub corner. - No on-site parking, but the hotel offers an unlimited-entry nearby parking (just opposite the hotel- raine sq car park) pass for AUD30/day. Overall A great value hotel for exploring Perth. For a quieter stay, choose a Deluxe Studio or a room away from Murray Street.

The hotel has a bread maker and a great environment. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

Had a good stay here. The room was clean, and the environment was comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around for business. Service was standard. Recommended for business travelers needing a transitional stay. ✌️

The location was convenient, the service was excellent, and every detail felt thoughtfully managed. I especially appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to guest comfort. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is convenient, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I paid less for three nights here than I would have at many other properties. However, parking is a major issue. The property appears to have more than 50 apartments but only around 20 parking spaces. Finding a parking spot is a matter of luck, and even when a space is available, the parking bays are very small and difficult to maneuver into. I stayed for four days, but housekeeping did not come to service the room or replace the towels during my stay. Another downside was the air conditioner, which kept turning off every couple of hours, seemingly due to a timer setting. This was quite inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with a good location, but the parking, housekeeping, and air-conditioning issues affected my experience.
