Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

MM318418****The hotel was absolutely luxurious! The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated, so I took a dip – highly recommended! Just be aware it closes before 6 PM. I won't be posting photos of the pool, though, as I've only granted Ctrip permission to use a selection of my pictures. The hotel also provided a lovely welcome gift: four boxes (eight pieces total) of Koko Black chocolates and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I visited the casino too; it was massive. I watched others play and it seemed like almost everyone was losing. Don't even bother, my friends!

GGuest UserRoom was big and very clean upon checking in. The location is right at Murray Street which made it very convenient to find food, last minute shopping etc. Will stay here again for my next business trip.

MM40929****Great location, right next to the pedestrian street. Lots of food options nearby, and it's close to the beach. They have a 24-hour front desk and three fast elevators. There's a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, two pots, a knife, and a cutting board, so you can cook your own meals. The cleanliness was just okay; they didn't come to clean during my three-day stay. I'm not sure what the two plastic sheets on the toilet seat were for; I'd need to sanitize it before feeling comfortable using it. There's also a 1 yuan deposit, and I'm not sure when I'll get it back.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

GGuest Useri arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. QQxzXoxoRooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future! However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet. Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

DDuetpodTook my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.
