We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy guesthouse. Everything was clean, the courtyard was charming, and housekeeping was available upon request. The breakfasts were delicious. Peter, the owner, is incredibly hospitable; he told us everything we needed to know and even provided discounts for some restaurants, spas, and bike rentals. We booked airport transfers both ways, which was super convenient! There's also a lovely green yard where you can sit, cook, and listen to the birds. Peter has wonderful staff who are always ready to help, always smiling, and attentive to every request. A local cat named Matilda even visited us, and we gave her milk. You can also buy beer, water, and other drinks at reasonable prices – cold and cheap! We have nothing but positive emotions from our stay. The guesthouse is located near Station 3, which I consider the best station. The sea is gorgeous and beautiful, there aren't many people, and the food in the restaurants is tasty. Overall, I loved this place so much that I really want to come back for a longer stay. A huge thank you to Peter and his team! You're the best ❤️ Greetings to Dabidabidu from Arthur, sorry we didn't say goodbye yesterday!

We liked the hotel, even though it's a bit hidden and the road to it isn't the best, but on the upside, it's quiet and has beautiful grounds. Check-in was quick, the hosts were very friendly. The room has a fridge, and the hot water pressure is excellent. In the mornings, there's a thermos with hot water, so coffee and tea are readily available. It's budget-friendly, quiet, and peaceful, just like home! We recommend it!!!

We booked this hotel at a discounted rate through Trip.com, and the whole process was super hassle-free. They also provided welcome drinks, and the staff were very warm and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was decent as well. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, and there was no elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs a bit difficult. Good thing the staff were always willing to help with the luggage. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the drainage. Although the staff tried to address the issue, the odor unfortunately did not completely go away. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay because of the excellent service and welcoming staff.

Excellent location, right on the beachfront. Luckily, our room had a sea view and a terrace—that's about it. During our three-day stay, no cleaning was done, the room's decor is very shabby, and it needs some cosmetic work. The outlets aren't secured to the wall, and there are constant power outages, resulting in a lack of water.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this accommodation in Boracay. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the hospitality we received was outstanding. The location is exactly as described – very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with all the facilities presented in the listing. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh smell. There was no trace of any damp or musty odour; it was clearly well-ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was impeccable. Each room also has a minibar, which is very convenient if you would like to enjoy drinks or local snacks (available at an additional cost). Breakfast was very tasty, with only a few limitations. You can choose one menu and one drink per person, and not all beverages from the drinks list are included in the complimentary breakfast, but you can order extra items for an additional charge if you wish. We also had lunch at the hotel (paid separately), and the food was delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were always available and willing to help. At one point, I got sunburnt, and they kindly offered me after-sun cream free of charge to soothe my skin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place. We were genuinely disappointed that we could not find availability for more nights, as we would have loved to stay longer. The only downside was the sea directly in front of the property, as that area tends to gather a lot of seaweed, making swimming difficult. However, this is easily solved by walking a few minutes towards Station 2, where the water is much clearer and perfect for swimming.

Great location. I don't understand those who complain that it's far from the party scene. How can it be far on Boracay?! The island is tiny. There are different types of rooms for different budgets. I don't see the point in writing how far it is from the beach. It's right on the beach. There's a local shop-stall with ready-made food on the territory. Very tasty and inexpensive. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and polite. Good attitude towards children. There are private sun loungers, which is not often found on Boracay.

The room was badly clean, A/C worked poorly, barely could cool the room. WiFi doesn’t reach the room. The net connection was also poor inside the room. The shower was ok, hot water, but things were falling apart (handlers) They don’t provide toothbrushes or water bottles in the room. Although, they provide lemonade at the lobby when you checking in. Also the hotel has a beach (with plastic chairs) and they give you beach towels which is good.

We had a lovely stay here. On the beach and we had one of the best breakfast locations, almost right on the sand. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nice pools, solid little gym, we also had a nice Swedish massage which was fantastic, and again the breakfast buffet was terrific. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows, however the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to all the action. Would stay there again.

Our stay in Boracay was unforgettable. The hotel offered stunning beachfront views, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly, attentive staff. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and breakfast buffet. Its location made everything accessible. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience we would gladly recommend to anyone visiting the island.

I hesitated for a long time before booking this hotel because the reviews were quite alarming. But in reality, I'm thrilled with it! The location is perfect, away from the constant noise and crowds (unlike Station 2). The staff's hospitality is outstanding, especially at the hotel bar (and that's not just because I spent a lot of time there ;)). They know all the guests by name, are always ready to help, and take a personalized approach to solving any issues you might have. The prices for drinks and food at the bar are a bit high, but even those are more affordable for Russian tourists than Moscow prices. The room itself was spacious, clean, and cozy. Even the shower curtain and foot towel in my room were brand new, which is often a problem in hotels of this price range. My room faced the garden, and for my entire stay (except for one instance), it was absolutely silent. No, the room wasn't cleaned every day, but it didn't even get dusty or sandy after a couple of days because there's a foot shower right outside every room! In the room, there's a kettle, hairdryer, glasses and mugs for tea/coffee, a small standard fridge, hangers in the wardrobe, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV – basically everything you need for comfort. The breakfasts are varied (à la carte) and quite filling. If I'm ever in Boracay again, I will definitely stay here. There's a very pleasant beach with their own sun loungers under the trees. A minor point – you can't move them beyond the palm line. If you want to sunbathe, you can lay your towel on the sand, but that's a general rule there.

IIt was a wonderful experience on all fronts. Upon arriving at the hotel, an employee offered us cold towels to wipe of the sweat and humidity of the hot morning, later providing us with glasses of icy pineapple juice. They asked for a 5000PHP deposit upon check in, which they gave back once we checked out. The room was gorgeous, extremely clean, and the AC was powerful and very useful considering the hot and humid Boracay weather. We had breakfast included in our package and it was incredibly good every single morning (breakfast was served from 6AM to 10AM).  They provide five breakfast choices: Filipino, Western, Pancakes or Waffles, Eggs Benedict, and omelette. All dishes could be served accompanied either with house cured bacon or sausage; for what concerns the drink choices we could choose between coffee, milk and orange juice. Everyday housekeeping cleaned the room excellently and redid the bed, changing the sheets if we required it. The hotel provided us with beach/swimming pool towels if we asked for them. Moreover, the hotel provides for multiple services and activities if required such as spa treatments and island hopping. We tried both of them and they were excellent and cheap all considering. We paid around 20 euros for the island hopping activities, visiting Puka beach, Crystal Cove Island and snorkeling with fishes in a gorgeous marine environment. Lunch was also included in the package and we ate in a resort in Mactan Island called Mega Parau (the resort offered buffet and everything was tasty and good).  We tried the spa as well, and I got an Hilot Massage and a Foot massage/Reflexology: both were insanely good and relaxing, and I felt like it drained all the stress and tension I had in my body. They last 1 hour each. Both massages cost me a total of 1700PHP (around 25 euros), which is cheap considering the service. One day we had a problem with the AC because it dripped water on the floor and they replaced it in the span of an hour with a new one, once again proving to be professionals. They also called a tuk tuk (the common public transportation within the island) when we needed it to reach a dmall.  They suggested us places where to eat and gave us advices when needed, all considering they were extremely kind and were proactive in solving problems, offering their help with everything. 10/10 would recommend. If you’re unsure on where to stay, Ondus Resort is the one you’re looking for.

Boracay Sand at Station 3 offers a peaceful escape away from the busier parts of the island. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and hassle-free. Rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The quieter beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, yet still within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Minor upgrades in room furnishings would make the experience even better, but overall the excellent service makes it easy to recommend.

Successful location, near the sea and a lot of cafes, in the room clean, furniture and plumbing are not tired, the shower worked well, good water pressure, air conditioner works well, put at least and slept with it, very comfortable. I can recommend Indian spa that is also near the hotel. Breakfasts on order, ordered ham cheese omlet. From the terrace, a beautiful view to the beach is open. From the downside, the window would not be missing, but we knew about it so we did not count. Separately what I would mention is the hotel staff. We were met and helped carry the suitcase on the 4th floor . When they left also helped to drop the heavy suitcase on the 1st floor. Very polite, ready to come for help on any matter! I called the receptacle, all the questions were resolved in a minute. No deposit at the hotel is taken. I wish this hotel prosperity! I didn't want to leave the wonderful island of Borakai!

”I had a generally good experience at the hotel. The staff, in 5th floor waiter/bartender, were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location is great and accessible, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, I noticed some issues with the bathroom cleanliness. The dental glass had toothpaste residue, the silicon seal had mold and needed replacement, the shower fixtures were dull, and the cabinet under the sink and the floor underneath it were dirty. I pointed these issues out to the reception, and showed the photos, they apologized, but no action taken. Overall, the hotel was fine, and I hope they address these concerns for better service.” 😊

We stayed at the villa in November 2025. There weren't many reviews, so we were apprehensive. In the end, everything was great! It's important to understand that the villa is ”tired”; the furniture isn't new, although the plumbing has clearly been replaced. There are four bedrooms. The largest is on the second floor, with a private kitchen, balcony, and its own large bathroom. There's also another bedroom on the second floor, but it's very small. There's a bed to the right of the entrance and a bathroom to the left (without a door, which surprised us). On the ground floor is a large living room, where we spent time with friends. There's also a separate bedroom, quite large, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Opposite the bedroom is a large bathroom. We decided not to share it, but to share it with those staying in this bedroom. Beyond the door is another small bedroom with its own bathroom (luckily, with a door). In general, if you're going there with a big group, you'll have to draw lots to decide who sleeps where. 🤣 But it's a huge deal. A house-like accommodation for two families with children is also pretty good and incredibly affordable. The villa is 20 meters from the sea, where there aren't any big hotels and, consequently, crowds. It's relatively deep, which was a plus for us. There's a store, a bunch of cafes, and the second station where all the action is within walking distance. During the day, there's a staff member at the villa if you need anything. There's a security guard stationed at the villa from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, making sure no one gets in, so we felt safe. We never had to ask for cleaning, even though we did. Towels are changed without fail, and beach towels are also provided. Cons: no blankets (only sheets), fairly hard mattresses, no blackout curtains, an awkwardly located outdoor shower that requires careful maneuvering to avoid sand at the entrance, no sun loungers or umbrellas (just a palm tree and a towel), tired furniture and dishes if you plan to cook (we didn't need to, eating in the cafe). In any case, the price is worth it. I would definitely go back!

Stayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.

Great location, right in front White beach, walking distance of less than a minute and once you are out of the structure, you are automatically inside the beach area. Truly next to the structure you have clubs, street food, restaurants and mini market. The staff is warm welcoming and chatting with them was a wonderful pleasure. Good WiFi, hot water and fan ventilator. Quiet in the night. Plus you have your own private room with your private bathroom.
