Close to train station and very convinient to anywhere at Bordeaux. Staff are helpful, he help me to carry luggage to 3rd floor (hotel without lift). FOC 2 bottle water daily.

Hotel don't have aircond but with fan and air cooler. Overall is a convenient hotel for traveller but not for luxurious.

Next to hotel is restaurant and 2 famous local food (Canelé). La Toque Cuivrée & Canelés Baillardran, I'll prefer La Toque Cuivrée.

Good location but sadly tram lines in front are closed meaning bus and then tram needed to get to airport
But I liked this place a lot and would return
Lots of restaurants nearby and train station opposite- but no noise.. buses were easy once you get the system
Main good thing was the reception staff… they couldn’t have been more helpful
When I rang before arriving they were lovely and throughout the stay they were fab
Location staff and price weee great value !

Stayed here for one night for a stopover en route to Spain.   The hotel is in a very run down area down a derelict side street. You have to ring a bell to get inside and there's only one receptionist working. Our door would not lock so we got given a different room but the bathroom smelled very badly of drains so had to keep the door shut.   The hotel has a snack menu and due to arriving late we couldn't get anywhere to eat as all places either bars full of students or run down kebab houses, along with super expensive restaurants where nobody wanted to go. The hotel menu consisted of various hot snacks but we were told only pizza was available. Very pricey and undercooked, very disappointing.   Room had one coffee sachet and one tea bag for two people, no water.   Breakfast very expensive but varied and tasty. Wouldn't go again it's in a horrible area.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. No air conditioning is bad because the night there was hot, but the room was equipped with a fan I didn't use it I preferred to sleep the open window. The breakfast is not bad, no photos available because I was not alone at the buffet. The most important point I will take and which has made the opinion excellent is the kindness of staff, Team afternoon, night and morning really super pleasant. 

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very comfortable.
