Beautiful and clean place! The spa a lot fun! I love the bubbles pool and the services are excellent! Love it!

There is a place to cook in the room, so you can cook some simple dishes yourself. The ceiling height is a bit depressing, and there are beams on the bed, which makes you feel oppressed. But everything else is ok.

This is a villa-style hotel with no elevator. The waiter carried the suitcase upstairs. You can also ask the concierge to help you take it down when you check out. It's not far from the lake, and the boat ticket is not expensive, but it's a bit far to eat Chinese food. The balcony door of the room can't be closed and locked. I called in the middle of the night and someone came in a minute to teach me how to turn the door handle upwards.

The overall location of the room is good, very close to Lake Windermere, but the big slope at the door is a bit difficult to climb. We came here by bus 599, and we were exhausted climbing the slope with our suitcases. The service is very good.
