The worst hotel experience ever! No hot water for bath and they didn’t tell me when we check in. Having changed the room for three times and there’s still something doesn’t work! We end up taking three days of cold water shower and it was incredibly awful!

Nice hotel that’s great for singles or couples, situated in a great location there is no hotel parking however parking across the street is free from 8pm to 8am

Bad facilities . Water is not hot enough. No closet, no dressers.

This hotel is contemporary and modern. Good location If you are traveling by yourself or a couple, this hotel might be good for you but not for your family. The room is small and there are no storages. There are drawers that part of bed frame but drawers are too narrow and small so I couldn’t use at all. There is no closet which was inconvenient. Bathroom was clean but comparing bathroom size, the sink is too small. There is no space put make ups and toothbrushes. There is no parking lot for this hotel so you have to use next door public parking.($25 per night)

Comfy, clean and chic. Everything is nice! Love all the little details.

Front desk staff? Amazing. Speakeasies? Lots of choices. Oh and that rooftop bar!!

Facilities: Works fine, shower water flow is slightly small, water temperature is appropriate The toilet and bed are separated by coated glass, which does not block light. The table is small, the bathroom is compact, and it is enough Sanitation: Clean Environment: Close to the surrounding commercial area, safe during the day, and people shouting on the street at night. Compared with other places in the city center, it is not bad Service: No parking space, check-in and check-out are fast and good service

At night, only lukewarm water came out, not warm enough to take a shower. In the morning, only cold water came out. There was no kettle in the room. I asked the front desk, but they said they don't lend them out. It was clean, and the room isn't large, so hot water is enough for sleeping.

Fantastic location and very good hotel. They are obliged to charge the Tourist Tax but in exchange they discount it on breakfast,,, a very nice touch. Very attentive staff and the coffee latte made by the waitress at breakfast is very good.

The only advantage is probably that it is very close to the Lakers home court. It requires a deposit of 100 per night, and only uses credit cards, not cash. There is also a mandatory facility fee of US$25 per night, which can be used to offset the breakfast cost of US$25, which is equivalent to compulsory consumption of breakfast. In the hotel, the room was very small, there was no refrigerator, and there was no free water. I paid in advance for the accommodation, but the receptionist also got the amount wrong. Fortunately, I found out. The deposit will be refunded when I check out, and the process is super. Slowly, it took about 15 days for the credit card to be refunded to me. I feel that I will not choose to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is located in the city center and there is a subway nearby, which is very convenient. The room was nice and clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel also gave away US$25, which can be used in the hotel restaurant.
