Even the room is a bit old but spacious. We’ve got many complimentary during our trip! (Free breakfast, Free BBQ, Free Welcome Fruit and also Free Late Check-out until 3PM. Their Jamu is the best one I’ve ever tasted! Will be back for sure!🫢🏼

Stayed 2 nights here, able to check in early at 12noon. Receptionist & bell boy all friendly and hospitable. Welcomed with sweet dessert sent to room, room was spacious with city view. Breakfast was great & got varieties πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

We had problems with the laundry. They wanted to charge me more, even though I weighed my clothes on the scale before taking them. The employee saw that they weighed 5kg. When I returned, they didn't return the cloth bag I sent and they didn't return my compact blue quick-drying towel. The staff did not know about the schedules. Each one said a different time, we could not sleep until midnight, waiting, and we only received it 6 hours before our flight.

All fine except the noise of the kid from the other room because there is a door connected to the other room from my room. Rest all is very satisfying

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!
