Very big and spacious room with decent location near Roma Termini. Breakfast was good too! Only minor hiccup was the room i got was on the ground floor and there were some mosquito in the room and noises from the street outside. I’d still recommend this hotel room travelers!

A fantastic location. In walking distance of the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. Also very close to a nice selection of restaurants and convenience shops. The WiFi was ok. It sometimes very briefly dropped out. The shower was a bit weird as it would cycle through cold, warm, and hot. The A/c was ok. We had it on 19 and it kept the room an ok temperature. In Rome A/C in hotels is often bad so this was probably better than most. The staff were excellent! Often hotel staff in Rome can be a bit sullen and not so helpful but the staff at the Hive were excellent and very helpful. They gave us a late checkout as we needed time before our flight. The restaurant on the roof is gourmet so it is more expensive than other restaurants nearby BUT you get some beautiful food. If you ask at reception they may have a 20% discount voucher for hotel guests.

We are group of family booking this hotel. I love their unique shampoo and shower gel, it smelling beer. With 14min walk to attractive unnesco heritage.

The rooms I booked are spacious and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a bit in between Rome Termini and the nearest metro station. Quite convenient if you have good mobility. As I travel with some elderlies, taxi & bus was a better choice for in-town transportation.

The Hive is really near Roma Termini station, about 5-10 mins walking radius. It has many good restaurants, Gelateria and pizzeria around the area. It’s about 30 mins walking radius to the nearby attractions. Best place to stay in Rome!

Very good location, brand new and styled design. Conveniently located for 5 mins walk from the Roma Termini and central point for most of the tourist attractions in Rome. The only complaint is the lift for accessing the gym is very slow as the gym is contracted out for fitness class and always occupied. Staff are friendly and allowed to have late check out till 1230 to met out train schedule.

Location is pretty good, walkable to most landmark. Near the hotel is also a stop for the hop on hop off buses, I think 4 or 5 different companies there. Only issue is that there is no parking in front of the hotel, we had some difficulties getting a Uber when heading to the airport as all didn't want to stop there to pick up and cancelled my bookings.

Clean and big enough, with king size bed, located near Roma Termini and not far always from shopping center.

Very nice hotel, Spa and Gym is not included which is a shame. Overall the hotel has great service and facilities. Very friendly staff, well recommended.

Very conveniently located near Termini station with a good amount of restaurants around for late night eats. Helps a lot if you're looking for a "home base" and have a full day of scheduled action in Rome.

It’s a beautiful hotel and very convenient to visit the tourist spots. However, I felt itchy on bed at night time.

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. It was great location which several restaurants were around the hotel. Also, the room was clean and very comfortable for 2stay.

The room itself it's very nice, very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was great too, a very decent distance to all the attractions around by walk e.g Trevi Fountain.. alternatively bus stop is very near. Staffs were not that helpful as we have requested slippers few times and none was sent throughout a two day stay. One male staff at the front desk doesn't look at you when you're talking to them, which is very rude in my opinion.
