Nice place and very quiet here even it near by the center place .it’s very convenient that mango supermarket around here

The service is very good, a hot water kettle is provided upon request, and the room is clean.

Very casual feeling

I recently stayed at Victor's Residenz-Hotel in Unterschleissheim and, overall, I was quite disappointed. The rooms are very old and clearly in need of renovation. For a hotel rated 4 stars, the lack of a gym is a significant drawback, especially for business travelers or anyone looking to stay active during their trip. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options, though it was acceptable. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed my room entirely, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests. However, the overall experience did not match the high price point of the hotel. Given the outdated facilities and other issues, I expected more for the cost. While the staff's friendliness was a plus, there is much room for improvement in terms of the rooms and amenities. I hope they consider renovations and better service management in the future.

Nice people, the entrance looks good and that's where it stops. Rooms are dated, and not just dated but I'd say ready to be redone at least 5 years ago. In the bathroom, all white plastic stuff is yellow, the bath is small (but who cares) and the tiles around it are showing body fat + soap mixture colors. When I woke up (room 336) my legs were itchy, something very small obviously bit me, perhaps bed bugs IDK. Then, if you book for 1 person, you'll get a small 1 person duvet, which doesn't make sense on a 2 person's bed, the pillow is a sheet with a 3cm filling in it which only works if you sleep on your back, sideways you'll wake up with pain in your neck. Did I mention the neighbors, you can hear them clearly because there is a door to the adjoining room which doesn't stop any sound from fellow hotel visitors who go to the toilet, bath, or make any type of sound. There's also some strange logic behind refreshing the towels, you'll have to go downstairs and get them yourself, I never had such a thing in all my life. As stated, the people are nice, so I didn't want to bother them with this bad experience as they can't do anything about it. I'd say, management, close the hotel for 2 months, get some Polish workers in there and redo everything so it matches the experience you have on the ground floor.

The staff was friendly, the room had a strong odor. The black carpet in the room had seen better days; the breakfast was OK. Given the name, I actually had higher expectations of the hotel.

I was in Unterschleißheim on a business trip and stayed at Victor's. Everything was great - great breakfast, very nice bar and very friendly and courteous staff... I would go back anytime.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The positive impression began as soon as we arrived at reception. We were greeted in a friendly manner and served courteously. The room was very nice, the lobby provided a pleasant atmosphere and the breakfast was tasty, varied and plentiful. The staff was always very polite and we felt well looked after and very comfortable! We can recommend your hotel with a clear conscience. We would be happy to stay with you again as guests.

The breakfast is very good. The employees very friendly. The room OK and the mattresses too. Unfortunately, the fan makes loud noises --unbalanced--! If someone is in the bathroom - all roommates are awake. It's not possible. 3 days no room service, no towel change impossible for a 4* hotel. Apartment or youth hostel feeling

Decent - very nice reception and staff in general. Breakfast buffet was also good, including 2 coffee machines! Great room - very spacious and well equipped. Bathroom OK, clean but a bit outdated. Free parking outside.

A beautiful, well-kept and clean hotel. The staff and manager are very helpful and very friendly. Ideal for people with gluten allergies, short breaks and visits to the Erding thermal baths. I can only recommend it and would be happy to come back anytime ☺️👋
