We stayed in the white room which was amazing from check in to check out. The hot tub was the perfect temperature from when we first entered all the rooms were very clean and tidy the breakfast was very good the whole experience was just amazing and we will 100% be returning Thankyou

Excellent stay in the kairos room for my wife's birthday. Drainage in shower should be corrected. Garden is great with hot tub, fire pit, sauna (could not get the sauna hot). Wife loved the extra blanket for the firepit outside, nice extra. Awesome coffee machine and a fridge with some beer and wine. Overall I would stay here again in the same suite. Would certainly try another suite in the near future.

Nice clean hotel good value and excellent room anemities . Unique room design made it different. Breakfast served in room good touch. Overall happy with stay only thing found strange was having to pay 100 deposit incase of any noise complaints which was a first for me when staying at hotels.

Fantastic returning visit. Would recommend. Maintenance on room before we arrived so we were given a free upgrade. Very clean and great facilities. Hot tub a great added bonus. Will definitely return and recommend in the further. Wonderful stay

Stayed in one of the premium suites with hot tub / sauna, listed as one of the most expensive on their site. It had a “wow” factor, was clean and also had everything you need for a stay. Staff were also pleasant. Reason for the 4/5 stars is: - Sauna wasn’t amazing, felt like the door wouldn’t stay shut and it wasn’t hot enough - Breakfast was okay and delivered to the room but expected better quality for the overall price - WiFi again was okay but not fantastic and a few times I had to switch to 5G May sound like small things but the price per night in comparison to other premium hotels/suites I have stayed in could be improved.

We stayed in the Penthouse at the Retreat. Great location close to Bowness. If you want absolute privacy it is perfect. We stayed for two nights, took our own food for the first night and a takeaway was delivered the second. Big fridge for all your liquid supplies. A big comfortable king size bed, a huge bathroom with two loungers and a big television to watch whilst relaxing in your bathrobe. Or sit in the tin bath although only enough room for one person. The lounge area next to the bed was disappointing. Small for a suite as was the sofa which was also uncomfortable and looked like it needed replacing. The outdoor hot tub was fab and big which was great to sit in and sip champagne. The outside barrel sauna was disappointing as it was tiny, you couldn't stretch out and relax and it never really got hot no matter how long it was left on. All the staff we came into contact with were nice and friendly and delivered hot breakfasts to us on both the mornings we were there.
