Location close to the center, parking, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are number 10. The breakfast is legendary. The rooms on the basement floor are intertwined with the kitchen, which is a bit unsettling in terms of two-way sound. I don't think there is such a problem in the rooms upstairs.
