Residence Inn Bozeman

Not bad at all. So as I entered the hotel room, the first thing I did was go to the restroom. Immediately upon entering the bathroom, I saw stuff laying on the floor of th shower. It was some hair of a private nature. It was definitely not mine as I just got there and it was the wrong color. I also for some of that hair on and around the toilet. While this was gross I am a grown adult and realize stuff happens. I didn't report it due to the minimal nature. The real issue was the damn noise!!!! Almost no sleep was had at night. All the kids stayi there thought the place was their personal playground. Saturday morning I wasn't able to get breakfast because the horde of children wiped it out like a plauge of locust. Over all rooms are very nice and it is in a great location to go shopping. The staff really were the shining beacon of the hotel and Taylor was a superb customer service rockstar!!! :

Beautiful Bozeman! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a mountain view and during the middle of the night (between 3-4:30am) there was a lot of noise outside my room? Doors opening and closing. It was a little bit disruptive of my sleep. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Amazing staff, needs new pullout mattresses We stayed in a suite with a king bed and pullout couch. The king bed was very comfortable. The pullout was horrendous. It sunk in the center and we did not sleep well on it which negatively impacted our trip. We spent the first night in a room where the heat did not work and it was cold. They moved us the next day to a new room. That was warm but the pullout was still just as uncomfortable. The staff was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good.

Great place and great location!!

Nice room, nice staff. Would stay again.
