The hotel is new, the rooms are good and clean, the staff are nice, the buffet is varied, the view is on the garden, and the location is quiet, but you need a car to reach the services.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean and elegant, its furniture is new and has a very high taste comparable to the five-star hotel, I stayed in Ramada Plaza and I did not find a difference in the cleanliness, hospitality and caring for the guest, many thanks to (Elif) the owner of the hotel with a beautiful smile, which adds beauty to the place, which is reflected in her refined taste With great colors, furniture, and great taste, thanks to Karim and Melek as well as Mehmet Ali for their kindness, high morals and great cooperation with the guests, I hope to visit Trabzon again and definitely this hotel will be my choice. I recommend it and recommend it to all travelers

Very beautiful view, Modern rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Nice lobby with eye catching view toward black sea. The seasonal swimming pool and gym were fantastic The lady in the reception was very helpful and expert in her work. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Radisson blue Trabzon. Our journey was in the month of July 2024.

This is my second time staying at Ramada Hotel. It is a very good hotel. I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels in Trabzon in Turkey. It is a real 5-star hotel. Excellent management. It has trained personnel with excellent hospitality. I am very grateful to Mr. Berat for his sincere and respectful treatment in the reservation. And any request we have, they do it for us immediately. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation

Mercure Trabzon Hotel, a hotel with beautiful views of the Black Sea, a modern hotel with a good location. On the right, you can go to Gevahir Shopping Complex by taxi 10 minutes, and to the north, Forum Shopping Complex, 15 minutes by taxi. Upon entering the hotel, you will find a beautiful and spacious reception hall with beautiful decor. I always like it when the general manager is successful, he knows how to manage the hotel, follows up on the customer's needs himself, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and receives the customer and asks him about his needs and the extent of comfort. The reception manager is wonderful and all the staff are wonderful, beautiful elegance, smiling, speaking English. I used the restaurant. They have a varied menu of food, it was delicious, and the way of cooking is really wonderful ,The dinner they have is delicious. hotel rooms; Wonderful, full-service, clean, spacious bathroom. I consider this hotel to be 5 stars. It should be chosen when visiting Trabzon. I thank the general manager and all the hotel staff for their hospitality and comfort, and I thank the people of Turkey (Trabzon) for their hospitality and generosity to me in their beautiful country.

We stayed here for two nights, and I strongly advise you to find another hotel. The customer service we received from this hotel was very, very bad, and the issues we had during our stay revealed that the hotel takes no ownership for problems - even problems that it actually causes. To our amazement, no manager was available to talk to us during the entire two-day duration of our stay. The staff had confirmed by email in advance of our stay that they would look after some important packages for us, which would arrive before we did. However, when the packages had arrived, they told the shipping company that they did not recognise our names and sent them away, which resulted in us never seeing them again. They tried to blame the shipping company, but we were able to obtain confirmation that it was not the shipping company's fault. This may seem like a problem that would not affect you, but my strong view is that no significant problem would be handled any differently. The management of the hotel were clearly comfortable to leave ill-equipped reception staff to cope without any support. I have never in my several decades of travelling encountered a situation where it was not possible to speak to a manager at any point during a stay or to have anyone take responsibility for resolving a customer's compliant. Aside from the terrible customer service, I believe the quality of the hotel is nowhere near high enough to justify the relatively expensive cost of staying there. The breakfast felt like an exercise in cost saving (the only bread being cheap white slices, having to ask on both mornings for milk to be provided, no fruit, no variety in anything else), with none of the quality that we experienced in other hotels we stayed in across Turkey. I know that it can be tempting to ignore a poor review when there are others that are more favourable, but I hope my advice is helpful. I urge you to book somewhere else so that you can enjoy your stay in Trabzon more than we did.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

We spent 4 nights in this hotel as a base for our trips in northern Turkey before heading to Istanbul. The hotel was average, with modest rooms and breakfast. Rooms were ok though, with fairly good wifi and a small LCD TV. Bathrooms were not bad and clean. Tea and coffee facilities are present as well. The rooms are quite old and should be refurbished soon, but I think they already have better rooms, probably the ones with a sea view. The staff were friendly but usually couldn't speak english. The location was not very close to citycentre but taxis are not very expensive. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel and they have quite everything from groceries to fruits. Maybe it's not the best hotel in town but for a budgetary hotel it's not a bad choice.

The guy at the front desk of the hotel provided good service and the room was cleaned promptly. It is an accommodation choice that can guarantee a good night's sleep during the trip. The hotel can pay in cash, including Lira and US dollars, or by credit card.
