I was not happy with the experience at this hotel. It was very dated, dingy and dirty. There are not very good options in Brenham for hotels and I am regretting this one. The whole place had a horrible smell. The lobby smelled like mildew and the room was even worse. Very nauseating. I am worried to even sleep in the bed. The TV keeps buffering and I would prefer a smart TV. The TV is not the most worrisome, but annoying. I think I would feel cleaner sleeping in my car.

Pretty old hotel but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Hot tub was really nice even though the pool is not heated. The bed was very hard for my taste.

The hotel looks great in the photos online, as if it is new. When you arrive you can immediately tell it is either older, or well abused by customers. The AC only went to 73 even though it was warmer outside. The carpet had a musty smell and could use a deep clean. Bathroom door caught on the floor and would not open all the way.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. To say this hotel is in need of a remodel is an understatement. The carpet in our room was torn apart in places and had multiple stains. The shower had stains in all the corners and would not drain. The paint was peeling off the walls in room and in the hallways. It was a very rundown and in need of a lot of help.
