It's a Hampton, so you always start with 2-3 stars. Yes, it was clean and the bed was comfy. When checking in, I mentioned that when I made the reservation a couple of weeks ago, I put in a note requesting top floor. The desk clerk had suddenly gone deaf as she handed me my 2nd floor room keys (and I'm a Diamond member - no extra respect). The AC made a strange whine, even when it wasn't running. I tried to keep the fan on for noise, but it wasn't possible. We still could sleep so we did. In the morning I wanted a cup of coffee to go. No cups around the coffee urns. I mentioned it to the clerk, she just stared blankly. Another guest mentioned that she saw coffee cups in the buffet by the juice. I went in and got my cup only to learn the coffe urns were both empty at 8:30 am. I knew there was no point in talking to the clerk about it. 3-stars is the absolute best I can give this Hampton.

Very very clean. Not a fancy motel but very nice. Staff were very friendly and always asking if they could help you. Breakfast was cereal, oatmeal ,yogurt, pastries or toast, juice, milk and coffee. We enjoyed it! Would have no problem staying there again
