Impossible to take a shower, shower head that doesn't hold, bathroom door that comes out of its hinges when you close it, entrance door not waterproof, the wind comes in etc... only one power socket at the level of the table. The restoration of the rooms would need to be done.

There were bedbugs in the room. I was stung during the night and managed to crush 2 of them. I reported it to the hotel reception and to Louvre Hotels customer service, which is responsible for Première Classe hotels. Neither of them wanted to take my report into account, claiming that the quality department did not find any bedbugs and that it must have been fleas or spiders. I still have the bites (characteristics of bedbug bites). It seems to me that in these times of significant spread of these insects the hotel and customer service could have at least told me that they were doing ( were apparently undergoing treatment again rather than denying their presence. De plus, comme nous vous l'avons notifié des contrôles sont régulièrement effectué et une détection canine avais étais réalisé sur l'établissement dans l'ensemble des chambres une semaine avant votre arrivé et ce dernier c'est avéré négatif. Le service client n'à donc pas souhaitez accéder à votre demande de geste commercial tout comme notre réceptionniste qui n'à pas non plus accepté votre demande de vous offrir les petit déjeuner via des échanges de mails la veille de votre arrivée. Sachez qu'en cas de problème notre établissement Première Classe de Brest ainsi que le service client mettes tout en œuvre afin de prendre en compte les demandes et agir en conséquence afin d' offrir un séjour correspondant aux attentes clients et effectuer des gestes commerciaux si c'est derniers le nécessite. Nous portons un grand intérêt à chaque réclamation et trouvons des solutions adaptées. Sachez qu'en présence de punaise de lit le nécessaire est fait, les chambres ne sont pas louées et les traitements sont déployés en conséquence. We returned this year as a family to Brest. Very nice home. The staff is very kind. Hearty breakfast (with small croissant). The bathroom would need some modifications such as a mixer tap in the shower (temperature difficult to regulate). It would be nice to be able to adjust the height of the shower head too. Thank you.

A clean but small and poorly soundproofed room (4 lanes + airport nearby), a front door that lets the cold in, no extra blanket, a bathroom where you can't even turn around, a cramped shower without mixer and difficult to adjust. It's not expensive but it's already too expensive. The bedding is correct. Decent breakfast. If you have no choice.

Double bed with a thin mattress so poor cushioning with which you have to make do with 2 small pillows, it's stingy. To sit down we only have a very uncomfortable IKEA Marius stool, who are we kidding? The toilet/shower cabin is designed to save space with the tiny shower equipped with a hot/cold mixer that is not practical to adjust, the sink is almost glued to the toilet. For people with slight disabilities, be careful there is a step to enter the tiny shower/toilet cabin. The room I had was very noisy: We could hear the expressway + agitated neighbors (I'll skip the details). Not ready to set foot there again.

We spent one night at this hotel, the express arrival service is a real plus. Clean room and consistent with the price, however we were on the ground floor and all night long we heard the comings and goings of the neighbors who remained chatting in front of our door. The insulation really needs to be reviewed, hotel in a very good location!
