Stayed at this hotel for two nights, we used Brig to take the glacier express, we chose this hotel as it’s directly across from platform 12 which is where the train departs. The hotel rooms are dated but comfortable most have balconies. The duty manager was extremely helpful in securing me a car park. Excellent European breakfast served.

Perfect location as the hotel is located right opposite train station. It is on Glacier Express route, very convenience as we arrived from St Moritz. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Our room had a balcony facing the station, it was surprisingly quiet.
The room was spacious and very clean.
Highly recommended for traveller who like to visit Zermatt without having to pay high price accommodation.

Hotel in the city center facing the train station which may prove inconvenient for some customers. The room was dated but otherwise nothing to complain about. It was spacious, comfortable. Overall pleasant. Staff able to speak French. Breakfast was very good with everything we needed. Free parking space in front of the hotel. Please note limited places. Hotel accepting dogs without surcharge.

The Hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfy & warm, the staff very friendly & helpful, especially Stacey who severed our meals & helped at the bar. This hotel is just across the road from the train station which is a link hub for your travels around Switzerland.

Absolutely spotlessly clean maybe a little tired decor wise but don't be put of my stay was great.The owner and his staff were very friendly and helpful noting was to much trouble. Food great a nice outdoor terrace to have your breakfast on what more could you want I would certainly stay here again.
