Great stay. Very convenient location

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront. Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay. Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus. I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK. Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice. Thank you

My girlfriend and I did an overnight in Brighton. My Brighton hotel was great. Location is fantastic as well as the room. The service desk was amazing as well

Our favourite place to stay when we’re in Brighton, Sami & the team always go out of there way to make sure your stay is perfect… It’s our mini moon so we were given an upgrade to the Bamboo room… absolutely perfect… The room/suite is very spacious and is situated on the top floor ( 3rd). I spilt my coffee on the bed & after apologising a lot the wonderful housekeeping team changed our bedding… they were so busy and nothing was too much for them… We will always stay there no matter what!! Thanks once again My Hotel!!

The aircondition was freezing and in my 3 night stay the room wasnt cleaned at all..im not going to book this one again. The hotel was very quiet for being in the city centre which I found very positive. I didnt try the bar or eat anything at the hotel.it looks really good but it was too cold for me.

When checking in, the receptionist didn't seem interested in helping us. She was quite rude and not very helpful. When we got to our room, after fighting the lift to accept our 6-digit code, the room was disgusting. Dust everywhere, blood-stained mattress protector, mouldy shower & chipped furniture. For the first time ever staying in a hotel, I had to ask for a new room. It was like it hadn't even been cleaned. Thankfully, there was another person at reception now and he gave us a new room, no questions asked. The new room wasn't much better in terms of cleanliness but at this point, I imagined all the rooms were cleaned to the same level. At least the mattress protector was clean this time. The hotel's design is very outdated and you can tell it needs a refurbishment. It might have been trendy 20 years ago. The pillows & mattress were like bricks, and also very yellow stained. They seemed very old and not up to hotel standard. We tried to go to the bar a few times, but it seemed to close very early. There never seemed to be any customers in the bar, so I guess it's a bit of a catch 22 situation for them. Overall, I'd avoid this hotel and try and stay at a reliable chain instead.

Hotel is central to everything and room is decent size however do not stay here if you actually want to sleep. The “sleep kit” left on the bed is a bad sign. Even on a weeknight you will be kept awake all night, I should have looked at reviews as can see it’s been mentioned many times before.

Weird design that doesn’t contribute to a relaxing stay. Check in was transactional and lacked warmth and personality. Basic rooms with vey odd features. Strong curry smell in the corridor and noisy band at the square just next door. They do day lets so there is people constantly in / out.

An exceptional hotel. Beautifully designed in a modernist style. A perfect alternative to the boring hotels we have to stay at usually. A stylish bar and restaurant. A fitting adornment to the excellent city of Brighton and Hove. Highly recommended.
