Treasury Brisbane

Brisbane Central Business District
The hotel is an old-school European hotel with quite a classical style. To me, the overall tone is a bit dull, but the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is surprisingly delicious. Although there are not many varieties, it is exquisite and the coffee is delicious. Friends who are staying here must not miss the breakfast.
Sofitel Brisbane Central

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

I was fortunate to experience an extraordinary level of service at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who truly went above and beyond to create an unforgettable stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction left me amazed, especially when confronted with an issue that they promptly and skillfully resolved. The quality of customer service I encountered was genuinely astonishing and stood out as a rarity in today's hospitality landscape. Mona, Isaiah, Trish, and Teri were the standout team members who made a significant impact. Their proactive and empathetic approach demonstrated a commitment to excellence that is unparalleled. Their swift resolution of the situation showcased their professionalism and willingness to ensure guests' comfort and happiness. In a world where exceptional customer service can be elusive, this team sets a remarkable example. Mona, Isaiah, Trish, and Teri deserve my heartfelt appreciation for transforming my stay into a remarkable experience. The hotel should take immense pride in having such dedicated individuals who redefine the meaning of exceptional service.

Good location in the city, bed was average - would be better if they resolved the water pressure in the showers, stayed at 13th level and had a hard time washing up. Staff could be more attentive and not disregard notes or requests left in trip.com. There was a laundry room hidden in the gym, which was a plus. The indoor pool looks pretty, and there was a sauna and steam room too. Nobody told us all these great facilities and we had to figure out ourselves.
Riverside Hotel Southbank

The hotel is nice and clean. For it's price it's worth the value and a short distance walk to everything plus providing parking for your car. The only thing I thought was missing is the hotel didn't provide any water to use for making tea and coffee that is provided.
