Brisbane Airport
Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area. With Gratitude 🙏

The Milton Brisbane

Staying at the Milton Hotel Apartments was a particularly satisfying experience. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, just above the Milton subway station, which is very convenient for travel. Secondly, this hotel is very new. The room is large and very clean. It has all kinds of kitchenware, tableware, washing machine and dryer, and even laundry detergent. However, in Australia, you need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. The balcony is also very large, and you can see beautiful night views if you live on a high floor. In addition, there is an owl convenience store 100m away from the hotel. If you catch up on the weekend, you can go to the nearby market. Highly recommended! Finally, don’t forget to pick up your trash and take it away when you leave. There is a place to throw trash on every floor.

Brisbane Central Business District
Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the ”make up the room” sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas period, I would say the apartment was between average to very good. Size wise, the two bedroom apartment was ideal for 2 adults and one child, had a separate laundry room and two bathrooms (no bath tub). Kitchen whilst good was lacking in utensils and other cooking items and basic things like oven mitts. We had to either keep washing up or running the dishwasher constantly. The apartment whilst good size wise and having what you needed furniture wise was in desperate need of a good deep clean. Around the bathroom was grotty, the washing machine was also a bit dirty as was around the seals of the rubbish bin, dishwasher and fridge. The underneath of beds and around skirting looked like hadn’t seen a vacuum in quite some time. Noise was also an issue, we could hear above and beside us. Parking was available in a secure underground area and easy walk to train station, places to eat and shops. Pool area was good and our daughter happily used it. For the price it was ok but we would only stay again if the price was right.
