Booked an apartment for an extended business trip in Bristol. The apartment itself was very well appointed, having every amenity required for a comfortable extended stay. Clean and spacious, I would highly recommend! The apartment is not the star of the show however, the staff are excellent, especially Marianna who couldn't do enough to make sure everything was great! Will use again for business and also personal visits as Bristol really is going through some major redevelopment works and is turning into a very vibrant city.

Have used this hotel many times in the past when seeing a show in the Hippodrome. It’s one of the few hotels in Bristol with a decent car park on site (£12 per day). It’s a 15 minute walk to the Hippodrome and easily do able. Outside the hotel can be found some cafes and a pub. The hotel hasn’t really changed much over the years. The Novotel sign has worn off the front door but otherwise the interior is the same since I visited it a few years ago. The room (114) was at the rear of the hotel, clean, large comfy bed and most importantly it was quiet at night. Pillows were very hard however and a choice of pillow in the room would have been good. I also have to knock a star off because the staff at reception were not the most friendly. No conversation, no mention of belonging to the loyalty club, just all very formal. That’s not a problem if that’s what you like but a little more friendliness/warmth would of been nice. No one asked how our stay was when we left. Otherwise another lovely stay at this hotel.

Another stay at this hotel as it is very close to our where our daughter lives so ideal when we come to bristol to visit. Few small niggles this time, we booked three rooms as it was a family get together and after having to wait a while for someone to check us in we given two rooms together and one another floor up which was slightly disappointing (though I think our daughter and son in law were glad to be away from us!!!) Breakfast was not as good as usual, though there is plenty of choice, but unfortunately as the serving dishes are so small they empty quickly when you are in a queue which means waiting for them to be replenished. As there were 7 of us for breakfast we also had to sit on separate tables. Don't let this put you off booking as these were just small niggles, the hotel is well placed for visiting the sights of Bristol, and we will have no problem in staying there again.

Great location just by Temple Mead Station and a short walk to the 'bright lights of Bristol' Staff are very helpful especially the gentleman behind the front desk who helped us get a taxi on the 'wet' graduation day. Staff at the bar especially the young lady who put in the hours there were very personable and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Highly recommend this mid priced hotel

Great central hotel with parking. Staff were extremely friendly. There was an issue with the lifts not working during my stay, so I was offered discount on my stay and complimentary drinks. Great customer service! I will definitely stay again.
