"An excellent budget hotel located 5 mins from the train station and 5 mins from the city centre. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed & a breakfast buffet that was better than expected. The area seemed safe for walking at night. We would recommend."

"The room was appropriately clean and tidy clean sheets and bathroom was good, service from the desk was freindly and prompt even with a trainee. location is very convenient due to the closeness of Temple meads and by extention the airport. Wasnt the most quiet room you could hear when other rooms were moving about particularly showers in the morning but for the price little to fault another succeful Ibis stay."

"Its situated in old city exactly in the middle of everything. Halal food easy to find, walkin distance to halal restaurant. But this hotel not provide mineral water, or any water bottle. Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby. The check in and check out process was smooth, they allow you to keep the back kat the caunter lobby while waiting the room to be readt"

"My first time staying at the Moxy hotel in Bristol and I am delighted with the experience! I’m a solo female traveller so safety is a top priority for me, my room was safe clean and beautiful. the staff were super friendly and welcoming, very helpful and the location for Ubers to pick up and drop off is ideal. the food was lovely and I really love the style of the bar and overall hotel it’s beautiful, I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Beautifully and exceptionally clean hotel lobby and room but room decor was very cold and bland. Comfy bed, lovely shower and great range of products to use. We had a very good breakfast included in our stay and lots of choice. Atmosphere was very flat and depressing - no chatter or conversation from staff which was a shame - probably the constant depressing ‘music’ which was being played. Location was about a 10-15 min walk into Bristol which was fine for us as we love walking. The hotel overlooks graffitied waste ground and the ring road runs right next to it so no lovely views sadly. Most staff looked glum, no conversation or friendliness just bored young staff behind the bar. One lady at reception made up for all of them with her super-bubbly personality. Quite a few were on their phones - hotel was very quiet for a bank holiday. NO parking on-site but there is use of another nearby. Food was okay-to-good - nothing outstanding and quite expensive but only to be expected in a city hotel. Overall, it was worth the discounted price we got it for - definitely would have looked elsewhere if it had been full price."

"The rooms were lovely ,nice and clean ,the beds were very hard but it was OK for 2 night.air con in rooms witch is really nice in this weather . The hotel is a really posh hotel ,the reception and bar is a very smart looking place ,the staff are lovely and polite."

"Excellent location and good service. Received a courtesy call from reception to check whether the room was in order and whether I had everything I needed in the room. Nice touch. It has parking available for customers charged at £20 for parking overnight. Not only was there a restaurant and bar onsite but a mini gym. Would stay again"

"Excellent location, we were going to a concert at the Colston Hall. Right by the railway station, not too far to walk to the city centre. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The singing coming from the kitchen area at breakfast was entertaining, but I wouldn't recommend the young lady give up her day job just yet 😉"

"The hotel is really well situated for access to bristol cathedral, park street and Baldwin and corn streets, all of which are home to a plethora of restaurants and pubs. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the mattress comfy and the tv was a decent size. We enjoyed our stay there and would gladly do so again."
