The apartment is old but mostly clean.

The stay was good and clean, but the upstairs people's footsteps disturbed me at night. The wooden floor makes the upstairs people's footsteps disturb me.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the stadium

The room design is very good, with enough space, the bathroom is spacious, clean and bright, and the hot water comes quickly. There will be a simple breakfast on the first floor, and it is very convenient to check in and check out. The only drawback is that there is no elevator in the four-story hotel, and large boxes have to be carried up and down by yourself. It would be a very comfortable accommodation experience without large boxes.

大リーグを娘と2人で見に行くことになり、フェンウェイパークの近くで安いホテルをと探しここに決めました。初めてのアメリカの旅で治安が心配でしたが、街並みも穏やかで優しい雰囲気の場所にあり安心して泊まることができました。建物も部屋も素敵でした。他の口コミにあったようにエレベーターが無く大きな荷物を4階まで持って上がるのは大変でしたが、心づもりをしていったので問題なかったです。オーナーさんにはとても親切にしていただき感謝しています。またボストンに行くことがあればここに泊まりたいです。
