The most satisfactory hotel for more than two months of traveling in Europe, the room is super large, the hygiene is super clean, the travel is convenient, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and the room is beautiful

The location is in the city center. The room is clean and large, with plenty of space. The staff at Reception are very friendly. It is the best hotel in Europe. It is highly recommended.

Short trip to town, more than pleasant thanks to the friendliness of the service and welcome!

This hotel is so well situated. It was convenient for shops, restaurants, historic sites, cafes etc. Our room was beautiful (executive triple), clean, spacious and so quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to Centraal station with links to other parts of Belgium. The staff were very helpful and kind, providing us with a map of the area with places of interest highlighted. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Brussels.

So impressed with OPO! Our suite was huge, clean and had everything you could need plus a few pampering touches! The location was ideal - easy walk to the Grand Place but also right in the wonderful St Catherine’s district. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We could leave our luggage securely and utilise toilet facilities after checkout. Security was great, for example, lifts require a room card to operate. Have never been so impressed with a big city hotel!

I recently returned from visiting the carpet flower Festival in Brussels staying at the OPO hotel. I cannot recommend the OPO Hotel highly enough, the rooms are the cleanest I've ever stayed in, clean towels daily, the most polite helpful staff especially ASSIM who was so professional, helpful and above really funny and friendly, he made our short break. If we return to Brussels again the OPO would be our first choice of hote. 10 out 10. Jean dunn with Maggi green

Stayed in the attic single bed room for 3 nights for the carpet festival. It was approached by a small flight of stairs off the 5th floor. We were amazed by the size of the room it was more like a suite with two queen sized mattress beds. Large ensuite and a study area overlooking the streets. Room was spotless and towels changed daily. The staff were very pleasant and would like to give a special thank you to Assim who helped us to make our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is ideally situated for The Grand Place, Central Staion and shops. All within comfortable walking distance but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lovely boutique hotel that is centrally located. OPO hotel is very clean, well-maintained with excellent service - Katie from Reception was always ready with a smile and very helpful. Within walking distance to most tourist attractions and food choices. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not provide breakfast as yet as they have only opened recently, but the helpful staff are happy to point out nearby breakfast places. The rooms were comfortable with all the facilities.

This is a great hotel, IF you can get a decent room. It took the hotel nearly a full week to fix a broken air conditioner that we complained about every morning and every night. Each day and night there was a different excuse, until FINALLY they admitted the obvious - that our unit wasn't working. Actually, they didn't even fix the issue to our knowledge -- they just moved our room to one with working AC. After reaching out to the hotel manager, they offered basically nothing as compensation for this awful experience.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in ages. The staff is incredible, starting with the manager, Oshun, who with her connections saved us from a big personal problem!! Then Rebecca who is so personable and willing to help. Nanni and Duncan were also on call and obliging. The hotel itself is new and sparkling clean. The airconditioning was fine as were the sheets and towels. The beds were extrordinary!! Stay there if you can!! The OPO cannot be beat!!

OPO Hotel is a very good choice for a stay in the heart of Brussels. Perfect location - short walk to the Grand Place, many bars and restaurants in the area and close to the metro. The room and bathroom were fantastic, big enough and had all the necessary things; wide and very, very comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
