The most satisfactory hotel for more than two months of traveling in Europe, the room is super large, the hygiene is super clean, the travel is convenient, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and the room is beautiful

I didn't try the food or drink service but the location is great, the rooms are clean and the check in and check out service is fast.

Environment: Objectively speaking, it is a very good high-end hotel, but when I checked in, there was a construction site directly opposite the hotel. It was under construction and started before 7 o'clock in the morning, which affected my rest to some extent, but I didn't know it in advance, so I could only make do with it and continue to stay. Facilities: Due to Europe's environmental protection policy, toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers and other supplies are not provided. I can understand environmental protection, but this is a high-end hotel with a price of nearly 200 euros per night. Such facilities are somewhat cost-effective. Service: Ctrip's hotel homepage says that a deposit of 50 euros is collected upon check-in. After I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay a deposit of 250 euros. The other party explained that the deposit for one night was 50 euros, but it was not clearly stated on the homepage. Of course, I also respect the hotel policy. The hotel said that the deposit would be returned to me after I left. As a result, I did not receive the deposit refund three weeks after leaving. The hotel replied to Ctrip that the deposit had been refunded by the same route, but the bank found that the hotel's deposit operation was a mystery. The first query found that the deposit was returned by the same route after consumption, and the second query found that the deposit was frozen. Ctrip customer service contacted the hotel repeatedly, and I applied to the bank to refuse to pay the money, and only then was I able to get back the 250 euro deposit. The hotel finally explained that the overseas bank card arrived late, but many other hotels in France, the United States and the world did not have such a difficult time returning the deposit. Whether it was a mistake made by the hotel manager or the bank, it is not recommended for Chinese guests to stay in this hotel, otherwise the time and energy to defend the rights of the deposit may not be something that an individual can bear. This hotel itself is a very good hotel, but the subsequent service operation greatly reduced its overall quality.

The location is in the city center. The room is clean and large, with plenty of space. The staff at Reception are very friendly. It is the best hotel in Europe. It is highly recommended.

La única pega que pondría es que no ofrecen servicio de desayuno. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, the bed was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was spectacular and you could not hear any outside noise in the room. The only downside I would put is that they do not offer breakfast service.

Amazing, nice, soft, comfortable beds, kept the noise out from nighttime time partying, great shower facilities. Staff were friendly and so helpful, and I will be coming back here for sure. Coffee in the room, mini fridge, located right in the centre of everything.

Perfect location close to the city center. Just opposite a huge parking garage with many charging spots for electric cars. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. At the moment, there is no breakfast option but there are many bakeries close by.

The OPO Hotel (and Rebecca) came to our rescue after a very unsatisfactory stay at a different property. They were able to get us in a little early so that we didnt have to cart our luggage around during our chocolate and beer tour. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Our only complaint was that we didnt stay there the previous night. I'll be dreaming of that shower for a long time.

This is a lovely hotel in a central location right in the centre of Brussels. It’s very easy to get around from here. The room was very nicely furnished with a big comfy bed. The bathroom is spacious, clean and modern. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay.

I booked 4 rooms for 4 couples for 5 nights at OPO Hotel. We were all very pleased with our experience there. The staff is wonderful, pleasant and so accommodating. Our rooms were a great size, modern and spotless. It’s in a great area- close to train station, the Grand Place and too many restaurants to count! Would highly recommend!
