We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

Best hotel i ever stayed in Brussels. Near to attractive places. Good deal for family!

Good atmosphere in hotel, too expencive breakfast ( 17eu/person), but nearby are two stores,so 4 member family can eat all various breakfast for 10-15eu (in apartmant with kitchen) instead 68eu.

Superb location with great connectivity to public transport. Rooms are clean with a practical kitchen. Free tea, coffee and water. Helpful staff. If only the room had a balcony - it would have been perfect. I happily recommend !!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Had a studio apartment with everything you could need. Beside the metro and a close walk to grand place. Would highly recommend

The room condition is unlike other Citadines that I have stayed before as it is definitely much worn out than it looked on website hotel photo. Worst of all there is no air-conditioner in the room and many stayed out at the courtyard located center of the hotel during hot summer nights. We could hear noises from people gathering outside the courtyard even at 12 midnight since we have to leave window open to keep cool. The only phone in the room was broken and my wife was rudely treated by an unfriendly staff, an African Belgian Male in his 30s (Front desk on duty on 16Aug from 11am to 12noon) for not picking up the checkout reminder call from a broken phone. He pounded at the room door and ordered my wife to vacate the room in 5 minutes time and threatened for late checkout charges if failed to comply. My wife was turned down in a hostile manner by him when she pleaded for extra 15minutes as we are in the midst of packing up already. At the end we have to leave the room panically. This was the worst experience with my many Citadines stays both hospitality and amenities. And will sure have to checkout and survey closely before booking any Citadines since they are not all the same standard. We have taken photo on all hotels that we have stayed for this trip but this is the only one that we did not want to take any photo of the room as this is definitely not the one that we would want to remember.

The stay was fantastic, great location.

The hotel is very close to the center of Brussels, a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and tidy, with automatic doors at the entrance. Non-staying patients cannot come in, so security is relatively high. The heating is more adequate in winter.

Facilities: No air conditioning, very hot. Although the hotel advocates environmental protection, the front desk is equipped with a fan, and we can only open the window for ventilation. Environment: Very hot and stuffy, and the toilet is like a sauna. Everything else is good. I hope that every room can be equipped with a fan in the hot summer.

Apartment hotel, we booked a compact small room. Well laid out with an open kitchenette. There are daily tableware in the cabinet. There is a mini dishwasher, microwave, electric stove. Kettle. The toilet is not too small. There is a bathtub. There is shampoo and body wash. Small soap, softener. Bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. These do not. I like the location very much. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the core area, and the scenery outside the window is still very good. There is an elegant eco-friendly supermarket downstairs with a very small door. It seems that things called farm are slightly more expensive than other Carrefour in the city. But high-quality, visible to everyone should be high-income groups. There is also a Carrefour Express on the other side. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, and it requires certain skills to drive in and out from the narrow entrance. The suv I rented was rubbed a few times on the road and in the basement. In short, it is OK to come here for two days like we live in Germany. And we decided on the spur of the moment that the house we booked was super cheap. Estimated to be the price of last deal.

The room is big enough, but the toilet is not cleaned... It's over. There was no room cleaning service for a few days. Noise is still a bit. There is a kitchen and tableware. No toiletries and slippers
