Modernized structure but always in a classic key, need to improve the TV service that only some channels work while the swimming pool and spa services are not at the top for cleaning,

I had a great 😊 experience but in particular I need to thank Andrei at breakfast for giving me excellent tips about Romania 🇷🇴 and delivering his job with great professionalism. I was looking forward to my breakfasts everyday. Excellent was also the bar, plus all receptionists.

It’s just no one cares about your stay after you check in. The hotel is no more a 5 star one since it needs renovation. Everything is very old, though working. Situated in a very busy area with cars, signals, and traffic jams around

Helpful front desk staff, room cleaning missed a few items, failed to refill Kleenex box, tea bags and shampoo and bath gel, soap, etc. shower door leaked badly, whole floor in front of bathtub got all wet! Handheld shower diverter didn’t work. Paid breakfast was good.
