In the city center, very convenient

Very happy with this hotel. We arrived tired after 4am and our room was ready with air conditioning on for us. Modern spacious room with a very comfy superking size bed. Tea and coffee pod making facilities with a fridge. We were on 10th floor and was very quiet with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was excellent! A variety of fresh fruit, meats, cheese, salad, hot cooked foods, pastries, cereals and breads. I noticed the staff made sure the buffet was topped up at all times. Fab location with lots of cafes etc nearby. Staff were friendly and professional. Seriously impressed.

Nice hotel in Bucharest for a short stay Pros - - Deluxe room was nice and modern, we had a corner room with floor to ceiling windows which was nice - Reception staff were friendly when checking us in - Good location close to bars and restaurants in the centre - Very good value for money Cons - - Despite being a deluxe room, it was still quite small. Especially the bathroom which was small and dated - Our room was on the front of the hotel and was extremely noisy at night. We could hear every single car go past and people outside the hotel Overall, this is a good hotel for a short stay in the city. We stayed for 4 nights which was enough time to explore and the hotel was a good base to get to all main attractions alongside shops, bars and restaurants.

Truly disappointing experience. Location is unbeatable, but pretty much everything else is poor at best. Hotel is dated and very noisy (noises from hallway, next door, street, crappy plumbing, the elevator, unidentifiable other sources, pretty much anything in some vicinity). They’re proudly stating that fresh air is important to them only to undermine that by blowing the tobacco scented air through the airco. Breakfast is expensive for any standard and wholly underwhelming, with grumpy staff to confirm the experience. I would not recommend staying in this Leonardo, I will not anymore anyway, which is too bad given its fantastic position towards my BUC work location.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in a great place, close to the city center and to the old town. Public transportation is near by. The room was good. But the customer service is very poor. We arrived early. We were told by the receptionist that she will not be able to give us the room before 15:00. We came back at 15:00. The room wasn't ready, and we had to wait for another 25 minutes. In general, the specific receptionist wasn't very welcoming. At the next night, we didn't have warm water. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that they had a problem and now it's ok (thank guys, for the ice cold water). One of the curtains wouldn't close (the sun woke us up very early), it took another day to fix it. The bathroom had a bad smell. The last day, the key cards weren't working. We wrote an e mail to the company. Didn't get a respond, yet (a month later). The common area wasn't clean. To sum up, for myself, I will never stay there again and surely I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel should really be so much better. It is in a good location within the city centre, being an easy walk from the hotel to the main attractions. It is also close to the metro and bus services. The rooms are decent for a short stay, bathrooms could be a bit better, but there is nothing that is going to cause you issues. However, its customer service is simply poor. We arrived later at night. we did e mail the hotel beforehand to inform them, and they replied that we could check in at any time and they would look forward to seeing us at our check-in time. When we got there we were informed that they were running a Computer upgrade and could not check us in, now if this had been a short delay fair enough but no 2 hours later which by now was the early hours of the morning we were still waiting. They stated they knew we were due to check in but could not do it manually. The whole thing was a joke. We were informed that the manager would contact us in the morning to offer us compensation for what the receptionist admitted was poor service. We are still waiting for the manager or anyone to contact us. We did twice attend at reception to ask to speak to the manger, but on both occasions, we're told she was not available, and no one was authorised to deal with our situation. Simple put Rotten Customer Service. So be warned this is a hotel chain I would never recommend and beware if something goes wrong they will do nothing to fix it.

Visited at the end of March for 4 nights. Excellent location with lots of places to eat and drink nearby plus easy access to buses and metro. The room itself however was not so good. On arrival there were some false eyelashes left on a glass in the bathroom and a cigarette under the bed. The room was also far too hot. It was 25-28 degrees outside on our visit and the air con was not turned on in the hotel! It made for very uncomfortable sleeping conditions so did ruin the trip a little as we were so tired every day. We were not offered a fan or anything to cool the room when we mentioned the heat and it was far too noisey to sleep with the window open. A shame really as the location is excellent.
