Nous avons séjourné le 18 et 19 juillet 2022 à l'hôtel Charme echeikh à Oran, nous avons d'emblée été agréablement surpris par la Qualité d'accueil exceptionnelle que nous a réservé tout le personnel, et en particulier au niveau de L'ACCUEIL. Le standard de cet hôtel correspond parfaitement au ratio PRIX/QUALITÉ, mes remerciements, et mes encouragements à faire plus encore à l'avenir. Bravo !

Un excellent séjour à Royal kenz Sousse surtout les plans ( accueil, écoute, propreté, cuisine, animation je le recommande vivement pour les nouveaux couples Je remercie tout le staff de l'hôtel pour les grands efforts et moyens déployés au profit des clients malgré le nombre très excessif de residents...

Contrat fallacieux ne respectant pas les termes convenus. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir payer 355€ en plus alors que nous étions assures d'avoir payé toutes les charges amont de notre séjour. Contactés depuis Barcelone puis notre arrivée à Marseille, les "experts"m'ont carrément raccroché au nez me laissant me débrouiller avec MSC qui nous consignait a bord pour le paiement de la somme imposée. Nous avons du nous endetté pour pouvoir descendre du bateau... Une honte Si la page des experts croisière vous croise, FUYEZ .

Je n’ai pas pu m’heberger a ce hotel car îl n’y avais plus persoane a la recepțion malgré qu’il dit sur leur site que la réception est ouverte jusqu’au 22:00. J’ai reçu le code d’entrée après que je me suis hébergé à un autre hôtel. J’espère qu’ils ne me vont pas couvrir pour un service que je n’ai jamais reçu.

It wasn't the best.. what can I say.. we were told the checkin is after 14.00..got there at 15.30 and the room was still not ready and when we got in it wasn'tclean properly and excuses were made.... i have booked a room with 2 beds but was told that they dont have one available but there were rooms on the website. Only thing good was the location..

Horror, the most horrible hotel ever seen. Air conditioning, keys don't work, fire in the ryads 1100 to 1120, only the security guard was heroic even the boss doesn't know how to get out of bed to come see nothing to do the cocktails are horrible liquid sugar, the staff does what he can the poor. The annex restaurant is closed not a day without unhappy customers at reception. I don't understand how tour operators can send their customers into such a scam.
