Very convenient location- few minutes to the metro station. The place has good views. The breakfast offered is good and healthy.

It would just be good to extend the stay for a few hours without extra charge instead of having to pay 20euros for one extended hour.

Room is like pic on the trip com. I stayed there Mon to Sunday.However they only clean one times. Even though I had a nap during the morning. When I back to hotel I found nothing is change and don’t give new tower and toliet paper. All the time we have to ask to get a stuff we need.
Also, I stay there during the Easter week. We checked out easter day. I saw easter bunny chocolete for the visiters front of the door because of easter. However, I couldn’t find ours. I asked the reception when I checked out. They said to me it’a for the gift only who stay in the easter day.
I checked out7am in the morning. It’s unfair. location is so good. other thing is poor.

very good place  the room condition is also good, but there is no refrigerator and there's no shampoo  anyway, the breakfast is perfect. I really want to come again.

This is my first time here and I love it!
The location is just walking distance to the St Stephen Basilica, which is also the first stop for those who takes the sightseeing bus. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with lots of choices. The staffs are helpful and they helped us to book a taxi to go to the budapest Népliget.

Booked the room for 4 persons, with 2 bunk beds double decker. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is okay, can’t complained for the price. Location is great. Accessible to all tourist attraction.

Only thing great about this hotel is the location (near Budapest Nyugati station, and St. Stephen Basilica). Service is shitty, service staff speaks like Frankenstein, not very helpful!
The blessing is that the hotel is relatively newly renovated, but cleanliness can be improved! We stayed 3 nights, and only the dustbin and toilet gets a cursory cleansing. Floor is not wipe/vacuum, towels are smelly, bed may have bugs (we were bitten by something).
The hotel would have received 4 star plus if service attitudes improve, and cleaning staff perform their job better.

The hotel is 5 mins walk from the river and the city's main plaza. It's very convenient to get around.
The hotel is very new and equipped and has a lifestyle hotel decorations.
The services were sufficient and efficient.
The breakfast could have been a bit more diverse.

good location. nice size room but it needs room aircon even on winter, opening windows for cool air is fine but too noisy. trouble sleeping

Great hotel close by to all attractions. Within walking distance of the party district if you’re looking to visit.
Hotel was clean, modern and well designed.
Breakfast times are good and the food is a continental style, this can be a little repetitive however it saves you quite a bit of money as it is quite an expensive area to stay in to eat and drink.
We asked for extra pillows which was provided. Hotel room was really warm - we couldn’t work out the air con.
Shampoo and body wash provided - shower is brilliant!
Would recommend to anyone travelling to Budapest, short walk away from bus stop to airport which was really easy to use
